Ultimately, my drink was placed on the counter without any verbal announcement or call for my name, requiring me to spot it myself after a prolonged and unnecessary wait. This pattern of inconsistency, where mobile orders are not genuinely ready as indicated by the app and where new orders appear to take precedence over already placed and prepared ones, is a recurring issue at this specific branch.
