He asks my sister to send the money directly to him (and tried to charge us more than Verizon) . I explained to him that we paid already and his exact words where "I don't know why they do that shit " but you have to pay me. I told him I'm not paying twice and you accepted the route Verizon gave . He proceeds to tell me to stay stuck on the highway and hangs up in my face.
