Man i'm so over this place. I pulled up because the first place I went to didn't have the tire for my car. They recommended this place the place to replace my tire, 1. They wanted to charge me to keep my old tire. OK cool whatever. less than an hour or two my new tire had low tire pressure . Luckily for me, I was near a gas station and close to my house so I just decided to go home instead of heading all the way back over there for them to take another look. When I woke up the next morning, I had a completely flat tire. I called AAA and had them place my spare tire on and drove all the way back downtown so that they can fix the problem. Come to find out something on my tire was broken, but I find it interesting that it wasn't broken prior to them touching my tire, they charge me to replace whatever was broken and put my tire that I purchased from them the day before back on and I went on about my day. Now I wasn't going to leave a review but now that my rim has popped off on the same tire they replace now I feel like I have no choice, what the hell is going on? it's been problems ever since I drove up to this place and it really shouldn't be because replacing a tire shouldn't be complicated. read more

I got a flat last night in Atlanta 2 hours from home and the tow arrived just after my planned shop closed. The driver recommended this location and I'm so glad he did. The staff was super nice and I was out the door with a replaced tire within 10 minutes. The pricing was very inexpensive, but I still left with a tire from a high quality brand I like and trust. My son's car blew a front tire one mile away from the location. We were able to transport his car to R/Rtire facility and get his tire replaced less than 30 minutes even though he had four cars scheduled ahead of him. The quality and customer service was awesome. read more

This is m go to tire place in Atlanta! It's on a sketchy side of town but I promise they will hold you and your car down. I've had to replace quite a few tires due to running over various objects in the road, and if they can't repair the tire, they will replace it. For the lowest cost in town. They also stand behind their service, so if anything happens to the tire when you leave, just come back and they will work to resolve the issue (I've never had to come back but it's good to know they are reliable). My kids and I are visiting Atlanta for spring break. On our first day in town, we have a flat tire. R/R Tire Services was recommended by the AAA technician that changed our tire. I called them around 6pm and explained my situation to Gene, who told me to come the next morning. At 9am the following day, Gene met me and inspected my flat tire. He didn't have it in stock, but he called around to see if he could find one for me and for a good price. He sent me to another tire shop who was able to put on the new tire, and wanted me to return to ensure they did a good job. Gene and Quintin provided me with excellent service!
