Fast forward months later I decided to call and speak to a manager to give one more chance vs. giving a negative review. The assistant manager immediately involved the manager. The were all in contact multiple times with us. They actually involved the cabinet representative and scheduled a trip to my home to go over my concerns. They are standing behind their product, well them and the cabinet manufacturer. Yes, there are a few things I believe I should have been refunded or gotten some kind of credit for, because due to misinformation, I am now out well over $500 that was unplanned. I believe some of that could have been handled way better, but overall am still pretty impressed with how it was handled. Would definitely recommend them and am absolutely considering them for when I start the remainder of our home remodel.

Brought him back to fix it. Eventually he blamed the store for selling us a door which was the wrong size for the opening. I had to hire another contractor to reinstall. When I called the store's owner to enquirer about voiding any warranty on the door, he became angry and told me it had nothing to do with him. Wow. One of the worst experiences ever. As a female, it's always intimidating when a man gets angry, even if it's over the phone. Bottom line, this business and his recommended contractor failed to measure properly. I'm out over $1500 dollars to fix their mistakes. Upset doesn't begin to cover how we feel. Use them if you must. I never will again.

They are also a full service lumber yard, and have free local delivery, which we've taken advantage of quite often. And the order has always been correct--never pieces missing, and always delivered first thing in the a.m, sometimes before you're even awake! That's VITALLY important when you compare shop with places like Home Depot and Lowe's, who DO charge a delivery fee and keep you waiting around for a window of 8 am to 2 pm....when you want to get a project done, you want to get started!!!!

The lack of communication for those responsible with contacting the customer is inexcusable. If you're not able to complete a job, let someone know and do the right thing. Lowes employees should have accountability with their jobs, not dropping the ball.

My complaint is the carts they expect you to use to bring lumber and plywood out of the store. There are carts left over from WWII in better shape. Today I nearly took out a child trying get six 2x4's. Yesterday the cart was so noisy OSHA should require hearing protection to push it through the store. I mean your a massive hardware store but can't spare a shot of WD40 on a caster of a push cart. The employees are nice and helpful and they have great products. Just wishing you luck getting it to your truck.

Nope. Still no pick up. It's ridiculous bc I understand a return is last priority, but when you tell a customer a certain day and time and no one shows, then it happens 5 more times, so ridiculous. I've had to reschedule my days and clients and I get no notice, no call, text, or email that there has been a reschedule. Just a no show and left in the dark on when someone is coming. I'm over it.
