Second time I was treated like I was bothering the guy who sold me expensive stuff I didn't need. All while treating me like I was putting him out. Today I walked in and stood back and waited. Two employees were at the counter. One employee helping the only customer there. This person looked me in the eye, so I approached the counter. He said, "You'll have to wait in line." Like I was doing something wrong. I looked around for a line. The customer looked at me and laughed, "I guess you're the line" I walked out. Amazon got me what I needed after the first visit and there are other places to go.

Nope. Still no pick up. It's ridiculous bc I understand a return is last priority, but when you tell a customer a certain day and time and no one shows, then it happens 5 more times, so ridiculous. I've had to reschedule my days and clients and I get no notice, no call, text, or email that there has been a reschedule. Just a no show and left in the dark on when someone is coming. I'm over it.

The freezer was not staying cold, we kept a cup in there to make sure and it was liquid and was not making ice cubes. Our meat and other items were unthawed. Customer service gave me a phone number to call so I left the store and called. They sent home depo workers back out and they looked at it and said it could not be fixed, they said they would let their bosses know and tell them about all our food that was bad due to the freezer not working and someone would be in touch to schedule the new delivery with a new refrigerator. I received a call a few hours later, saying I would need to call a new phone number, and they would be the ones to schedule the new delivery and that the guys that stopped out to look at the refrigerator said it was not fixable. I got off the phone and called the new phone number. I said Hi, I'm calling to get on your schedule for the new refrigerator to be delivered and the old one removed, the lady gone on telling that they've never been to my house before and was EXTREAMLY RUDE. I kept saying yes, someone was just out and said it could not be fixed that they would send me a new one. Finally she tells me she's with LG and that they were to come and not home depo. So after waiting for home depo to come out I should of been having LG out BUT WAS NEVER TOLD THIS. LG has cancelled on me now multiple times and still hasn't came out to my house and the manager and who ever I've been emailing has now ignored me and not helped me at all. The manager told me he would get back to me on seeing if I could just return the refigerator and get me a small garage replacement so I could have something to keep items in my freezer. Hours later I get a call from someone else saying LG still needed to come look at it to show her proof the LG cancelled on me and that's the last I've heard from them. Tomorrrow will be a full month since the refigerator was delivered and I still haven't got a new one and all my groceries that was in there are still bad and I still can't use the freezer.

I ask again since they have clearly picked up and have me on the phone could she just tell me if the specific item is in stock, to which she says shes doing paperwork and cant be bothered with my request and hangs up on me. Horrible people working at this location. Will not be shopping here anymore.
