Eric and others worked patiently and ideally with our seven children's various assignments for the planning processes, even though they each lived in different states and the viewing, funeral, and burial were all in Heber City. Our daughters were patiently and encouragingly included in the dressing of their mother at the center in Provo, which I witnessed and appreciated for the kind and tender care for them and for the deceased. In this instance it was someone who just wanted to be cremated and not have services. They were horrible! They still made a couple thousand dollars on this, (picking up the body and transporting to cremation site, and the cremation) yet they acted like it was a nuisance for them. They tried to sell an expensive urn, when they were told it wasn't needed, the attitude got even worse. They said they would call after the cremation was done. They never did! When they were contacted they said "oh yeah, he's done". When the ashes were picked up, after paying the bill, they reached under the desk pulled up a cardboard box and dropped it on the desk and said "here you go". I have lived in Lehi since 1979 and had always planned on using Wing when the time came. After the way they treated my children during this difficult time for them, I will use anyone but them. They should be ashamed of the way they treated them. At the very least be kind and show compassion, they are working with people who have suffered a great loss! Just because they aren't paying for expensive services doesnt mean you ignore their pain. They were disrespectful during the entire process. Evidently, the level of care and concern, comes with what you're end price tag is at wing mortuary. My Friend who had her dog cremated was treated much better, and her dogs ashes were treated with much more respect. How sad is that.

They treated my dad's body as if it was just an object, not a human being that was extremely loved. I was continually reminded how inconvenient it was for them to keep him for three weeks until my sister could make the services, because she was out of the country. The building where they kept his body (and where we dressed him) was old and stinky. When we came in to see my dad for the first time, he was laying on a cold steel table that he didn't even fit on. Both arms were off the edges, I was afraid of him falling off while putting his temple clothes on. I get that my dad was a big guy, but he wasn't gigantic. They acted as if they'd never seen a 300 pound, six foot person. I wish I could give them a zero star review. Stay away from this place.

I attended a viewing last night for a friend from many years ago, so my review is based on my experience as a guest, rather than someone that had to plan the funeral directly. The building itself is a little dated and in an older part of town, but it seemed to be well maintained. There was plenty of parking, and I noticed overflow parking available across the street, if needed. Upon entry, it was very clear where to go, sign the guest book and then proceed to visit the family. There is a calm, quiet feeling throughout the building-at least in the areas that I visited. I hope not to have to be in a position to plan a memorial service for someone any time soon, but if I do, I would consider Goff as a viable option.

The plaque was ordered again over 6 months ago and it has never arrived. Mom's ashes are still at my house. No one is ever there at the Mortuary, just a number to call on the door. No one answers the phone or returns messages. I have called many times and stopped by repeatedly. New owner said they are trying to get organized but "they are finding a lot of ghosts in the closet." Weird thing to say when you want better service in a mortuary! Owner told me on Memorial Day that he had a lot of complaints....that was months ago. Don't use this place. Are they in financial trouble?
