I had always wanted to try pole dancing and it's so much harder than it looks!!! It was a great way to gauge my strength. I was sore for days after. Their personalities are approachable, friendly, and helpful! The class is typically of 15 - 20 pupils yet individual attention from the instructors are still received about form/technique. Every session is challenging and building skill on top of the previous classes, so it's definitely going to be tough to jump into the middle of the semester. Be assured that it is a low-stress environment. On the first of March, I sprained my ankle and so was not permitted activity for 4 weeks. The school allows 5 make-ups and typically by the end of the month. However, due to the limitation that a level one student can take and schedule restrictions, the school permitted that I do the make-ups by the end of the semester. I am glad about that!

Veronica, the studio director, is lovely and very responsive to any concerns or questions. When one of my girls started ballet/tap, she was scared of the tap noise and Veronica found a class that fit better for her. Then this past year she joined ballet/tap and loved it. There's a class for everyone and every level. My girls have taken hip hop, jazz, ballet, and tap and enjoyed all styles. Also, the recitals are a big professional production. It's so amazing to see the kids perform on stage and build confidence. My daughter performed with EDA at the Alameda County Fair this past summer and it was so exciting for her. I arrived and they asked if I had grippy socks and asked that I purchase them for safety reasons. They had plenty to choose from. The class size was very small (only 2 of us) so we got a ton of hands on attention and Grecia really made sure we were focused on the correct muscles for each exercise. The class was about 50 minutes long. I definitely would take a class from here again and would recommend to others!
