I am a former athlete, who has spent the majority of my life lifting weights and competing physically in football, baseball and basketball. What I did not understand at the time, was the compression I was putting on my spine, joints and ligaments - which caused multiple surgeries, broken bones and regular joint pain. My wife and I have recently discovered Kriya Yoga, which is an ancient practice of creating physical, emotional and spiritual balance. The benefits from Kriya Yoga are amazing - it truly is getting healthy from the inside out. This practice has helped us to evolve in the following ways: Lowered our pulse rate, reduced our stress, opened our bodies energetic pathways, improved our flexibility, enhanced our balance and removed all pain from our joints and ligaments - I can actually cross my legs now - something that I was unable to do for over a decade. The greatest thing about Yoga Sukham is the people - it is a love based practice and the amount of respect and love that the students have for the coaches, as well as for each other, is unlike anything that we have ever experienced. The teachers Satya and Varsha are the two most aware people we have ever met, and guide us through the practice with love and support. Yoga Sukham is fantastic people, delivering a service that helps so many on so many levels - we highly recommend that you check out a class for your self or for your corporate events, as the calm it brings and the pure love energy is what your body needs. With Love and Gratitude Ken & Stacy Royce

I LOVE this yoga studio! Warm, inviting and friendly! I've been coming here since they opened in June. I didn't think I was a yoga kind of person but I come here almost every day now which explains how much I enjoy doing yoga here. Just in two months I had already noticed how much better my posture is, I am able to sleep better, and how quickly I recover after my long runs. I usually go to the beginner's class and really like how Satya teaches with very detailed instructions but also have tried most other teachers classes and they are all wonderful. They offer Iyangar style yoga which uses lot of props which enables students to get in to poses with ease minimizing the risk of injuries. I highly recommend this studio to all level of yogis.

Traditional yoga...just the way it's taught in India. Love the focus on getting the pose right & breath work.

The temple is open for anyone who wants to practice meditation inside or outside of the temple. There is a nice pathway that circles the temple and not a lot of people come here during the morning or afternoons. It's free and open to the public, social distancing is practiced and everyone wears a mask (even the monks). I have been back to my Tuesday evening meditation group here for almost a yr, thanks to Covid (jk), via Zoom. We still meet through zoom bc it is so easy for anyone who lives far away, or can't make it with the commute. I really enjoy talking to Ajahn Maha Prasert, the Abbott at the temple and he is so kind and easy to talk to. The Abbott really cares about the well being of people and I am so blessed to be a part of this community. I really feel so welcome every time I come here. I'm non-Thai and it doesn't matter because everyone here is so kind and will help you if you are new. It's a really lovely community between the sangha and lay people. I really feel like I'm in Thailand at times, lol! If you're missing Thailand and the beautiful Thai community this is the place to be! I'm so glad it's available to anyone for free.

I'm sharing this because I wish I found someone like Casey sooner…read more I've had two sessions so far, and both were deeply personalized and exactly what I needed. In the first session, we revisited childhood memories and worked on rewriting the emotional experience I carried as a child, especially not being able to understand why my parents were busy and working (even though they were doing their best with what they knew). We ended with a chakra rebalancing meditation that helped my nervous system settle in a way I didn't expect. The second session focused on my recent grief and the patterns it has been triggering in my relationships. Casey guided me through an imagery meditation where I practiced giving myself the love, safety, and security I've been trying to find externally, and leaving the pain in the past where it belongs. It felt like emotional closure, but also like learning a new way to care for myself. Casey truly feels like a walking hug. She's present, loving, grounded, and radiant. I felt held the entire time, and I left feeling more supported than I've ever felt in a romantic relationship. The biggest gift is that she's helping me learn to provide that same compassion and safety to myself, and heal my codependency from the inside out. She has been one of the most profound people the universe has placed on my healing path. If you're considering working with her, I can't recommend her enough

We've never officially practiced yoga before, so we had no idea what we were doing but Casey was extremely patient, kind, and helpful, guiding us and assisting whenever we needed it. I loved how intimate the class felt. At times, we don't enjoy being around large groups, so the smaller, more personal setting made us feel at ease (and honestly, so much more present ). Casey's studio is incredibly comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, which created a calming and welcoming environment from the moment we walked in. I truly appreciated how kind and warm both Casey and her daughter were toward us. Their energy made us feel safe, welcomed, and comfortable to just be ourselves. The moment we got back into the car, my daughter kept asking if we were going to do this again and that alone says everything. This was such a special bonding experience for us, and we're so grateful to have shared our first yoga class here. We look forward to another class soon. Thank you so much !
