Very unprofessional. When I arrived I was not greeted or even acknowledged. I was looked at as if I was not welcomed into their establishment. I had to say hello and still did not get a response. I immediately turned around and walked out of the door. I don't know if it was the fact that I'm black and the shop was full of Hispanic people but I definitely got the vibe like "what are you doing in here black person". I just got work done by Wicho on my shoulderblade. It was a 4inch sunflower that cost me $100. I love it! He did a great job and was very professional. I can see where people might feel "awkward or uncomfortable" because it was very quiet and the employees do talk in primarily spanish when talking to each other. It didn't bother me and they weren't talking poorly about me or other customers. They were talking about work which I think is perfectly acceptable. Wicho & I did not talk other than him making sure I wasn't dying or anything which was perfectly fine. He got my tattoo done in a timely manner and did a great job. I was there for less than an hour. The only thing I would want different is that after the work is done to be given some aftercare instructions. This wasn't my first so I had an idea of what to do, but if it had been my first or just for a refresher, I think it would be nice. Even if it is just a small piece of paper that has some aftercare tips. other than that, it was affordable, good quality, and I'd go back. read more

This joint is a freakin joke! My friend wanted his eye brow pierced so we called 30 mins prior to coming in to confirm if they were open, if a piercer was available and prices. The woman we spoke to said $25.00 which included the jewelry. When we arrived we were then quoted $45.00. We advised, no... that we were quoted $25 on the phone. The woman that answered the phone previously got an attitude and told us that wasn't true she said $45 and wanted to get smart with me and go back and forth about it. Since we were already there my friend went ahead and paid the $45. My thing is if you quoted the wrong price then own up to it and apologize don't go back-and-forth and then try to get an attitude. Obviously you have no clue what customer service is nor are you trying to increase your business in a positive way. Only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because my friend actually did like his piercing. read more

I came here to get my nose pierced and I was only trying a different place that originally did my piercing. I called and they gave me a price. The girl was friendly. I arrived there in about 20 minutes and I was surprised. This place is very clean, well lit, and very sterile looking. They were not very talkative, which I like. Very professional, prices for my nose piercing and septum piercing were good. I love the ocean spray they sell, its so easy to keep my piercing clean. It's been about a month and I think my nose piercing is completely healed, without a bump! The artwork inside is so cool. I think I've find my tattoo spot! read more

I got a dermal here and it fell out a month and a half later. When I called, a woman talked with me and made it seem like I could come back and see what they could do for me with regards to putting the dermal back in. I asked if there would be a charge and she only answered by saying I should go back to the location where it was done. They basically want me to pay them another 80 to re-install but wait 3-4 more weeks if I want it in the same spot. Im sad about the lack of customer care because I had high hopes for this spot. I came to this place when they were still inside the mall. When you got a tattoo it was like being in a fish bowl as passerbyers stare. Any who my tattoo artist didn't catch his name had to speak to me thru his wife cause he didn't speak English I assume or maybe he just acts like it to avoid speaking to people I'll try that sometime. I went to get a tattoo 12/20/15 and as soon as you walk in, its an interesting vibe. They knew I came in once I greeted them myself. I sat down and waited a couple of minutes to decide what I wanted. I paid $50 for a VERY small semicolon on my wrist. Even though it wasn't worth the money, I understood because every tattoo parlor has a starting minimum. I got the tattoo knowing what I was getting myself into. I was talking to an artist, and he was telling me how I should take really good care of it because something so small will come off/fade. On 12/31/15, my tattoo peeled and faded quite badly. I called in that day and did not get in contact with them until 5pm. I talked to the same guy that told me to be careful and basically long story short, he said I told you so. He pretty much said I warned you and said he wouldn't have gotten that tattoo if it were him. He has absolutely no idea what that tattoo means to me, so if he's going to say he would not have gotten the tattoo got me. I never asked him if he would get the tattoo nor did I ask him any other opinions on that tattoo. Funny thing is, he wasn't the one that did the tattoo. They try to have this professional atmosphere, but they're not going to get that if they have that attitude. I had no problem until I had that phone call and how unsympathetic they were of the situation. A permanent tattoo shouldn't fade in less than two weeks. I will never be returning to this place. UPDATE******* I went in again because the owner reached out to me. I went to Julio again because I had no problem with him and he's such a nice man. I definitely recommend him!! read more

do not go here!!!!! the location at the santa fe mall is beautiful... but the service is anything but. the boy who worked the front desk was out of this world rude ... there were no other customers in the store yet he acted like servicing me was a bother. i did my research and asked a few questions about the process and he rolled his eyes and sighed with every answer as if people should not be involved in thier tattoo design .. like he wanted me to just come in and shut up and be happy with however they did it... he was just an awful person. now to the tattoo ... the artist was a cool guy .. i got a small cross on my finger... at the time i was pleased with hw quickly he worked ... but the tattoo literally disappeared in 2 weeks!!! he didint go deep enough. i had to get it completely re-done in less than a month!!! and i didnt have the same problem the 2nd time. do your research .. im sure you can find a more reliable and friendly place to get tatted up. read more

I've been here a handful of times for small pieces, mostly when they've got their friday the 13th flash specials ($13 tattoo + $7 tip for good luck). I've had different artists each time I've been in, and each one has been amazing. Great work and good personalities. No complications or hassles. The shop has a good energy, but it's still calm. It doesn't feel chaotic even when it's packed wall to wall with people, even when people keep walking by the huge windows and looking in. Extremely bad customer service. I went in for the first time. The gentlemen who greeted me was rude and indifferent. I finally talked to someone who was more amicable and he asked me to come back, so he can draw the tattoo that I want. When I went back a week later, the guy pretended that he has never met me. I waited for 30 minutes for somebody else to come and talk to me. After 30 minutes, I got tired of waiting and I left. I told the manager that they needed to improve their customer service. A tattoo is a delicate procedure. There are health risks involved. If they treat their customer in such as careless way, I am concerned about how careful their procedures are. If you are looking for a good place, look somewhere else. I got a bad feeling from the beginning. read more

omeone really needs to train they employees on sizes, I came in needing another spetum ring. I told the stupid girl I wanted a 16 gauge or a 14 gauge she showed me both, I decided on the 16 gauge. Son I don't know what she gave me I tried sticking it in my nose it didn't work. I went to another shop NORSK!!! wonderful place in Buford and the girl told me that's a 14 gauge she gave me a 16 and SUPRISE it went right in my nose and their rings were cheaper. Very disappointing experience! I have many tattoos from many different artists and only my tattoo at this place turned out badly. After healing, I decided to return for them to fix up but was told that the guy that did mine was no longer there. I called the manager Adriana and she was extremely rude. She didn't think the shop was responsible, wasn't willing to compromise and stated that I can't complain because it was done by an apprentice. If you go here, know who's tattooing you! They drew mine out and sent me to the back never saying that the guy was an apprentice. So I'm left to leave someone else to fix their mess. Shady business! read more

I've gotten two pieces done here now and this is by far the best shop I've ever been to. The staff is super friendly and doesnt have that air of pretension around them like you find at other shops. Both times I've come in with really simple designs and the artists have asked me if they could do extra shadings to give them an extra oomph and they've both ended up looking even better than I pictured when I came in. On top of that, the prices are great, too. I got a large one on my leg (8 inches tall, 4 wide, with lots of color) and it was only $200. I paid that much at other shops for half the size and less detail than these guys are willing to go. They go the extra mile to make sure it looks great when you leave! read more

The customer service was great. The people there were helpful with figuring out the size of the tattoo I wanted as well as other services they provided. I've chosen 3 out of 5 stars because of it was my first tattoo and I was nervous, of course, and expected the artist to be a little more sensitive to my case. Said artist also lacked in providing me with any care instructions, but luckily a family member helped me figure it out.
