She was so patient with me needing a few breaks, and was thrilled to see I brought my own snacks to keep me going! (Always bring yourself at least 2 snacks and a beverage! You'll thank me later.) Could not have been more pleased with the business as a whole! Very clean and orderly, beautiful waiting area showcasing at the front their array of jewelry selections. The space is clean and well decorated. Samantha greeted me upon entrance and paperwork/ID were exchanged. Samantha did a quick and thorough job of removing my jewelry. The following day, my procedure ended earlier than expected and I gave the shop a call to see if they might have availability sooner than my scheduled appointment. I was lucky and they did. Tyler, at Be Kind Body Piercing sterilized the jewelry in front of us and pulled the needle out of the sterile packaging in front of us. The quality was amazing. Fast forward, my daughter had to have testing done and wasn't able to leave her piercing in. There wasn't an appointment available, so we joined the "waitlist." Within fifteen minutes, we received a text to come on in. Tyler removed her metal jewelry and replaced it with a temporary glass piece. Once her testing was done, we went back the next day for a new piece of jewelry. He put it in and she was "good as new." Tyler, the owner is very kind and makes his customers feel welcomed. It really amazed me how he came up with exactly what we wanted in just a matter of minutes. He took extreme measure when it came to safely and cleanliness and I felt very safe because of his sanitary practices. We were able to watch him cover everything and open new tools for each of us. But , I am so glad we did. Ed did both mine and hers. He was great at drawing up the picture. It took us like 3 times to get it exactly what we wanted. But , he never acted annoyed or aggravated about redoing the picture. He was so good about making sure he was doing exactly what we wanted. All in all . A very good experience. Really enjoyed it.

I went into Custom Ink & Steel to get my nose pierced and was completely surprised by the atmosphere in this shop, the staff was so welcoming and willing to help. I have now received 2 tattoos from Evan Oslund he does AMAZING work, he is also very friendly and talks to you the whole time, which is a big plus in my opinion. After an exhaustive search I landed in on Ashley. Doesn't matter why or how I formed my decision but to the meat of it, she's great. My concern of symmetry on an aging face was accepted and accounted for. She's professional, kind and great with communication during the process. I didn't know what to expect using a tattoo gun but it was so much better than the scratching of the microblades I had before. My brows are great. I'm due for a touch up in two weeks.
