Living in England it is a little more difficult to order flowers to someone living in Phoenix. Lisa was fantastic all the way. She picked what flowers suited my requirements and arranged them wonderfully. Unfortunately there were a few hiccups with delivery (they turned up late so missed my friend at work) - But these thing happen! I can honestly say that Lisa did everything she possibly could to fix the issue. She offered to re-send flowers to the home address of my friend (which I declined because i didn't have my friends home address to hand). Instead she sent my friend the cutest teddy bear and a balloon to her work the next day. You really couldn't ask for anything more. I used Tatum Flowers back in October, 2016 for my mom's 80th birthday party. I found the shop by looking online. I don't live in AZ, so I had to rely on the pictures and reviews here. When I called I explained what I wanted. The person I talked to was very friendly and helpful. I ordered one main arrangement, several smaller table arrangements, and a corsage. I thought the price was very reasonable. When the flowers were delivered, the driver had omitted something (I can't remember what now) and went back and got it, and the shop credited me an amount I don't remember for the mishap. They were so apologetic about it and credited me without me even asking. By the time the party started we had all the order. I was absolutely thrilled with all the work they did. Everything was exactly what I had asked for and more. Beautiful work...kind and efficient staff...fair prices...and exactly what I was hoping for. Who could ask for more? read more
