I brought my wedding dress here to get dry cleaned. When I dropped it off a lady took it out saw how many layers it was and quoted me 170. I live out of state so my grandpa picked it up. He was charged 270. I called and asked why was I charged more and they said oh idk who told you it was 170. I was told in person by YOU! Outrageous! They will wash laundry by the pound, they will clean and press shirts, and they can do repairs/alterations.

Very rude owner. I took a 2 piece suit in for dry cleaning. When I picked the suit up the charge was $22.50 and no senior discount was offered. I told the lady at the counter that was too much and she should be ashamed of herself for charging so much. I wasn't a mile away from this store and Tatyana, who introduced herself as the owner, called me in my car and started yelling at me beause I upset her employee. She told me never to come back....don't worry I will not. read more

I took my large curtain to them to clean. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! These lady's are amazing. Customer service top notch. Fairly priced. They told me it would be 3 days to clean , but they text me the next day and my curtain was ready. I got a estimate from Nuway cleaners...almost $200 and 3 weeks to get it back! Spent less than 1/2 of that and got it back early. This is where you need to take your dry cleaning! read more

The bride discovered that the table linens were super wrinkled and ironing 29 round tablecloths was a heartbreaking feat to do the night before her wedding. I found this amazing dry cleaner and they not only came through but also offered replacements for the table cloths that we had ruined or stained. Like many of you in Greeley, I used Tatyana's because they are one of the very few dry cleaners in town. Had no complaints the first half dozen times I used them but the last time I went in to pick up my stuff, the ticket I got when I dropped my clothes off had a price on it, yet when I picked them up they tried to charge me much more than what I owed. It had been several months so I decided to give them another try. Wanna guess what happened?! My ticket said $16 and they tried to charge me $26. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I can promise you there won't be a third time and I caution anyone who is using or thinking of using them to be aware of the 'bait and switch'. And don't buy their lame excuse of "oh, the other person made a mistake" which they used both times. read more

I hate to add another following review, but I have an update to my previous comments and concerns about this business. After calling her and talking about the dress, she couldn't offer much help to fix her mistakes. Days after leaving these reviews, I received a voicemail where she threatened to call my parents (even though I am 19 years old). She wasn't specific on what she would say but it wasn't very respectful to threaten me, especially as a customer. Threatening consumers over the phone is unprofessional behavior and it shows how much Tatyana cares for your business. She still will not acknowledge she did a poor job, belittling me and talking about how her other customers "love her work" even though I am not in that majority, I shouldn't be talked down to like a child for speaking up about my opinion. She wasn't listening to my concerns at all and communication was just frustrating. read more

I came in with a dress I needed altered in a week. Even though Tatyana was incredibly busy she agreed to do the work on my dress. 24 hours later, my dress is perfectly hemmed!! I wasn't even charged extra for the rush. Both Tatyana and her daughter are wonderful. I will absolutely be returning for all of my alterations and dry cleaning needs as well!
