    [[HIGHLIGHT]]Tyler and I trained in-person for the first time! We went through several exercises from my program.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He taught me that I can gain muscles without having to lift heavy. It's all in technique! He showed me how to reach better range of motion with proper form using lighter weights. He helped me make small adjustments that made a huge difference.     This is the raw/unfiltered truth about tnt coach, Tyler Studer. It started off by me wanting to hire a coach. Tyler wasn't my first choice to be 100% honest. I had someone else in mind and he actually wasn't excited about taking me on as a client. But Tyler was, and I went off a gut feeling. So I hired him. Right away I was drawn into an unknown world. Mobility this. Brace that. Full body this. Recovery. Loads and loads of valuable information that made no sense to me at first. Session after session, my body & mind started to change. I had no knee pain when squatting, no more lower back pain, no more shoulder pain. My arms, chest, glutes and abs also became more muscular along the way. Then came the mental aspect that also was life changing. I saw training & nutrition more as a lifestyle rather than a duty. I was able to see more results while doing less which was mind boggling. I'm a really closed off guy, and Tyler really knows how to befriend you in his unique way. At first he was my personal trainer, then became my mentor and now he's a really close friend. We talk almost everyday and I've been with him for almost 4 years now I think. I'd recommend Tyler because he's always investing into his knowledge, he's always on top of his game, he's very friendly, goofy and an overall great guy. Can't thank him enough for what he's done for me, my business and my life.

    Honestly, the best coaching group you could ever sign up with! My first initial conversation was with Tyler, I explained to him I wanted a trainer that could listen to my goals, push me beyond what I do at the gym & get me out of my comfort zone because that's part of growth, and someone who can keep up with my nutrition. That's when Tyler Introduced me to Dan. Dan was everything I could ask for in a coach, he pushed me beyond my limits, introduced me to workouts I have never done before, watched every single workout move to ensure I was performing correct form, calculated my macros, and conducted bi weekly in body evaluations. In addition, I had full access to Dan and Tyler, anytime I had a question they would respond in a timely manner with exceptional detail. I would highly recommend TNT Coaching! 11/10 Proud to have been part of this family!

    I started working with the Taught Not Told (TNT) Coaching staff three years ago when the big gyms shut down due to Covid. I was 55 at the time and had been working with personal trainers for years, but Coach Tyler, Coach Nate, and Coach Jake took my game to whole new levels. For the first time in my life, I could bench press 225 lbs. I did 57 pull-ups on my 57th birthday and 50 pull-ups with an added 8 lbs for my 58th birthday. People everywhere tell me how great I look. These guys are pros. They will put together a training program that works for you and takes into account your personal needs including injuries and disabilities. Tell them your goals and they will safely guide you on the road to making it happen. I cannot recommend TNT too highly. They're GREEAATTT!!

    I had Tyler for a total of 6 months where I saw him (mostly) 3 days a week. I'm 32 years old and grew up being an athlete from high school all the way through college. Once adulting was in full gear I unfortunately let myself go a bit and then the cherry on top was getting an awful back injury during Covid. At this point I was overweight, unhappy, and did not take my shirt off or even wear tank tops. Tyler was recommended to me and at first glance I wasn't even sure if he was old enough to be in the gym without a chaperone let alone coach and teach me, a former athlete with a herniated disc. In the first month I saw him I was blown away with my results. I lost 3lbs of fat and gained 3lbs of muscle. These were the kind of results I was not expecting for another 2 months. From there on out it was smooth sailing even on days I hated working out - his cheerful attitude and supportive energy was unmatched. I was especially grateful he had the knowledge to adjust certain workouts considering my injury and level of comfort. He also went as far as insisting on keeping an eye on my nutrition and diet whether I liked it or not. I still am motived by him and whole heartedly recommend him to anyone who's serious about changing their lifestyle and ready to invest in a new chapter of health and well being.

    Best Decision Ever!!!! For a while I have been wanting to really get into fitness, growing up watching YouTube videos of bodybuilders or even regular guys go from scrawny to muscular and fit, I have always wanted that for myself! That's when I decided to take coaching a chance and came in for a trial. Coach Tyler was the go to! The man knows his stuff, he goes by many names, the Wizard, Champion, King of Coaches, Leader of Leaders, or Ty Ty!!! Coach Tyler knows what he preaches and answers any questions not just with words but with actual demonstrations. Picture the perfect Professor giving you the best in person lesson you could ask for, that's Tyler! Great guy and at such a young age as well. Getting to know Tyler not only encourages you to improve yourself but seeing him advance in his own journey is a sight to see. Also the atmosphere of the facility is top notch, everyone is friendly and eager to lend an ear or hand!! One of the greatest choices I made in my life so far was coming here!

I had gone to physical therapy, but doing the same repetitive muscle strengthening exercises became boring and I soon lost motivation to commit to my physical therapy 'homework'. With running out of the question, my lack of cardio exercise had a negative impact on my mental health. When my ankle was feeling better months later, I pushed myself too hard on a long distance hike, seriously irritating the injury. I was so frustrated. I was limping at work again. This year, I decided to take my injury seriously and to start strengthening my ankle. I went through a few personal trainers and immediately, Glayol stood out. Training with her feels like physical therapy on steroids. In our sessions, she uses her knowledge of sports medical rehabilitation and physical therapy to create a personalized program that is focused on injury prevention. She constantly evolves the cohesive program, increasing the intensity and changing up the exercises, so every session and every week is new and challenging while still working on developing targeted muscle groups. Glayol also knows how to push you beyond what you think are your limits. When the going gets tough, Glayol knows that "you've got 10 more reps in you!" Beyond her endless qualifications, Glayol personally cares about her clients. She goes out of her way to check in and see how you're doing. Glayol keeps me constantly motivated, something I hadn't felt in my physical therapy experience. In the past, I was daunted by the machines--sure, there's diagrams and instructions on the side, but I never knew if I had the right form. Was I arching my back? Was I over-extending? Was I engaging a muscle I shouldn't be? What's a good weight for me? How many repetitions should I do? I had so many questions and I felt overwhelmed. All I wanted to do was get out of the gym and go on a run. Glayol took all the guesswork and intimidation out of the gym. With her diligent work on my personalized program, I walk into the gym with confidence, knowing exactly what machines and equipment I need and how many sets and reps to complete. I know what muscles I'm targeting and what the right form is. Most importantly, I know I'm strengthening the muscles around my ankle and I'm healing my injury while still receiving a full-body workout that gets my heart rate up. I am so grateful for my personal trainer! If it wasn't for her, I would still be going to the gym once or twice a month rather than 3-4 times a week!

I can no longer work out at this gym it's so hot in there even in the morning, sucks they don't even have an open windows. so disrespectful and inconsiderate they don't consider their clients. I wouldn't recommend this facility even tho I'm sure the trainers are great.

I think more importantly, Nate cares about your fitness journey and is personally invested to see you succeed. He keeps it fun and sustainable. To then have my appointment canceled because priority is given to your direct members is both misleading and unprofessional. If appointments made through ClassPass are subject to being displaced by members, that should be clearly disclosed before customers purchase credits and book appointments. Otherwise, customers reasonably rely on those confirmed reservations when planning their schedules. Unfortunately, this experience has caused unnecessary disruption to my day, and I won't be returning. I hope you'll reconsider this policy or, at a minimum, make it transparent to future customers. I'll be reaching out to ClassPass to share my experience and ask them to review whether this business's booking practices are consistent with their partner expectations. I hope they take appropriate action based on their policies.
