She too was on her game getting back with any concerns. The stay at Sturdy was longer than expected due to blood pressure but the nurses were so caring. They responded so quickly to the call button and were helpful. I was blessed to have Jakki, Marie, Richard, Liz and also Ashley. They are an outstanding group of nurses, CNA's and phlebotomist. I had a friend visit who is a RN and she commented on how well the floor seemed to work together and everyone was smiling. Impressive! Last but not least, the PT department shines. Will is such a warm, encouraging attribute to Sturdy. He was patient and truly cared about me while I was in his care. Thank you Will. His helper Tye was also very sweet. Overall I could not ask for a better team of caring professionals and would recommend Sturdy to anyone needing medical care.

I will avoid the ER from now on - 1st the parking is horrible and 2nd the excessively long wait…read moretimes and a back and forth to the dirty waiting room is such an outdated way to operate. You check in they send you to waiting room, then you see triage back to waiting room, then they officially check you in and take insurance info then back to waiting area, then X-ray, back to waiting area, then bloodwork, back to waiting area (you can see your test results on the portal) but after waiting 4 + hours you still haven't seen a doctor. I think sturdy has a major staffing issue & doctors and NP don't seem to want to work there.

I don't think a state funded health insurer will appreciate being defrauded. Also changing your name to Middlesex Recovery won't help you hide.

Finding Norton Healthcare was a lifesaver for me after I had detoxed. I became addicted to tramadol…read moreaka Ultram, having been told by medical people that is was non-narcotic, non-addicting. It is, in fact, a synthetic opioid that was easily available online for many years. I tried to stop on my own 4 times, and the side effects were so horrible, I went right back to it. The brief detox was unpleasant, but I left the hospital shaky and still with awful side effects. Thank god, I found Norton online right away, and, when I called, they were friendly, courteous, and I didn't feel judged, as I had when I talked to several expensive, inaccessible psychiatrists listed as Suboxone prescribers. Norton made an appointment for me the day after I called and I left the office with a script for a drug that has helped me stay off opioids for 10 years. I've weaned off the suboxone, and now take a very low dose. I hope to stop entirely eventually, BUT, should I need it forever, no problem. I have a normal life. I'm incredibly grateful to Dr. Akhter, the founder, and all of the other doctors and staff who have helped me be a non-addict. Norton Healthcare is the best, and I recommend it to anyone who needs help.
