I spoke to the manager and he gave me a customer service number to call. After several months of getting the run around. I stopped calling. The regional manger(who they said was the only one who could solve the issue) kept telling customer service he called me, when there were no missed calls or messages on my phone. And they had my correct number. After spending a total of $879.81 for the tire and installation I expected better customer service. This is not the first time I used a Mavis store, but it will be the last.

It was so big, that it sounded like we where on a galloping horse as we drove lol it was very embarrassing. On our way at home accepting defeat thinking we'd have to wait till morning to find a shop we see this amazing shop all lit up like it was a God sent and they're open! (it's 9:30PM) which was super lucky for us. They got the nail out of the tire and plugged it up really well in under 5 minutes for only 10$! A plus is they speak Spanish which made us personally a lot more comfortable since we are Hispanic ourselves.
