When we arrived, I was surprised to see the building had been completely renovated and expanded beyond just tires. They now handle all kinds of engine work as well. The ownership has since changed and is now APAC-owned. The initial service technician had difficulty communicating with us while we asked questions, whether due to a language barrier or simply not wanting to engage much. After about 10 minutes, a younger employee named Joey came over to assess the situation. Long story short, my sister's tire was completely shredded. They replaced it with a used Pirelli tire, balanced it, and got her back on the road for $103.

I tried them out when I first moved to Bushwick (since they were local & had good reviews) and have now been going to them ever since. My first experience with them was after having trouble with one of my headlights. I brought over my car & they basically adjusted a few things, had the correct bulb on hand & fixed the issue in minutes. The repair guy was just going to charge me for the bulb, but I insisted on paying them for the service despite how brief it was. The most recent issue I had was with a break-in, in which my passenger-side window was shattered & my GPS stolen among other things. Even though I'm in Queens now - I drove over to Manabi, with glass everywhere & an open window (in the rain). Not only was the repair well done, ready when promised & reasonably priced, but Carlos (the owner) actually gave me lift to the train so I wouldn't have to walk in the rain when I dropped my car off.
