Impressive Service! Tavera'a Custom Landscape replaced a rusted weep screed that ran along the long south side of our house. It involved digging into the ground about 8-10 inches to get to the footer, tearing out the old screed, breaking up the stucco wall about 2 feet vertically in order to get behind it to replace old weather coating, chicken wire and stucco. It was a big job that they accomplished in less than four days. The replaced stucco wall was painted to match as close as possible to existing wall and it looks great! Plus they kept everything else in the yard neat by covering turf and sidewalk with tarp and plastic sheeting. Very professional and I am more than pleased with everything they did. We had multiple areas to improve, including sprinkler water damage through our stucco, a very poorly designed landscape that had grass against the house, back and side yards not sloped properly, and a gated area that gathered water and wouldn't allow gate to open. Paulino and his team were amazing, very knowledgeable, and very sincere in wanting to help resolve all of our needs. We had different opinions and estimates before thankfully choosing Taveras and we're so grateful we did. Worked with Paulino to demo old concrete and install new pavers in our backyard. Paulino was very responsive and was able to come out to provide an estimate quickly. I appreciated that he itemized the quote so we could assess cost trade offs and stay within our budget. Have gotten quotes from a few people, Paulino provided a fair quote and was able to start the work immediately. He also was able to provide some design insight for what pavers to choose to match our house and backyard. He and his workers were always on time and respectful. It is clear they are honest hard workers and are passionate in what they do. When installing the pavers, they had to re-rout some of the irrigation. They took the extra step to add a new valve since it would be more efficient use of water management. It wasn't part of the original scope of the project and only charged for the parts. Took them about 4 days to do the demo work and install new pavers. This was largely due to the amount palm tree roots they had to remove as well as rain delay. They worked extra hours to stay within the time line they committed too. I would work with Paulino for future project and recommend to anyone. He is honest, trustworthy business owner and was able to really make our backyard look great! read more

I found Mr Paulino and the team almost 2 years ago on Google. Got several quotes from other contractors and ended up going with Taveras. They weren't the lowest quote but I liked the pictures he showed me and was going with that gut type of feeling. We signed the contract and off they went. They were here everyday until the job was done, maybe left early once or twice because they were wait for time to set or dry. In all they re-did my walk way, travertine on my steps and porch, and finally an awesome planter with stone in the face, hidden lights on a timer that gives it the greatest look at night. Very pleased and impressed with outcome. When I made final payment I told him your coming back to redo my backyard. Fast forward to January 2022 I make the call for quote, after two other companies Mr Paulino was the choice again. I have no words to explain the total transformation the team performed.
