We told the server, and she said she'd go find the woman who took our order, but she never came back. After waiting about 20 minutes, we told another employee, and she also disappeared. Eventually someone finally came back and apologized, saying they were busy -- which would've been understandable, except the restaurant really wasn't crowded at all. At that point, we were tired of waiting and just ate the food they gave us. But paying $18 for 3 basic tacos is honestly ridiculous. Their solution was basically, "We can make the correct order, but it'll take even longer." Then they automatically added an 18% gratuity for just two people, even though the service was far from good. Overall, the food was very basic, the service was frustrating, and the whole experience just wasn't worth it. I wouldn't recommend this place.

We even offered to be seated at separate tables next to each other, but that option was also declined. Unfortunately, no effort was made to accommodate our group or offer an alternative solution. It was disappointing, especially since we had been looking forward to trying this restaurant for the first time. While I understand that reservations should be honored, the lack of flexibility and customer service left a negative first impression.
