Went on a Friday. There wasn't too many people there. We both ordered pizza. I was not a fan of the sweet sauce. The crust was thin which I like. But the sauce needs some seasoning .. add some garlic, oregano, a lil basil... something to make it not taste like sweet ketchup. A couple had walked in while we were having our meal. They had asked to sit at a table but the lady/waitress told them they only had six tops and they can sit at the bar. The couple didn't want to, which is why they asked for a table.. they ended up walking out. I was surprised they didn't just separate a six top to a two tables since that is what was next to us. Best pizza in Columbus. We get a sausage and pepperoni. Wings are also delicious. Most pizza places have soggy, gross wings but these are smoked and you can taste the love. Worth the extra drive to get some awesome pizza and wings. Also good heated up the next day if there are any leftovers. read more

This is a unique little place... We got a coupon and said why not try this place out - the seating is very limited so we had to wait about half an hour (which on Friday night at 6:30 seemed reasonable). The staff was friendly and helpful but they only had 5 tables so I don't know what it would be like if they were operating at full capacity. Wife's wanted a bud light ( they have a boat load of different craft beers) and I had a diet coke. We had to do the wings 5 medium and 5 honey BBQ which were awesome - they have so smoking process that is unique - I just know the wings were awesome. We had a tough time picking between the pizza and the subs whichnoyh had good reviews so we went with the pizza. It was really good.all in all it was a great experience. Visited here with my spouse for a quick happy hour drink. We actually came here by accident because the place down the road was closed. Cute location. Drinks were good! It was kind of a bummer that the inside was closed and we had to sit outside because it was a pretty hot day out. I would have chosen to at least have the option to sit inside if we could. We didn't get any food so I can't speak to that, but it sounds like all the other reviews glow about the food, so we'll have to come back to try the food some time. The prices for the drinks were decent, not great but not bad! Was kind of a bummer that there wasn't better happy hours because I'm pretty sure we stopped in on a Friday, so I always hope for some really good happy hour finds during the weekday watering hole trips. We made our order a little before 6pm and the stressful attitude came at me with the 1.5 hour wait.... "ok no problem." Their pizza is solid and they are 5 minutes from our house so we really wanted it to be as good as the reviews are, but it's not. Next, we got to endure the scrambled phone, I can't hear you deal. Finally a reminder it would be 1.5 Hours. After 1hr and 15 mins I stopped in to pick up the pizza at their fantastic pick up window. They make you hit the doorbell and then Everyone looks annoyed, don't blame them there! The pizza was sitting out and ready to go, awesome.... but nope.... get home it has an unexpected helping of green olive piles on it and it's cold all for the wonderful price of $30. They had the right toppings on the box but didn't deliver them onto the cold pizza. I'm sure there is a great hoighty toighty group that would fit in well with the attitudes and over priced pizza but I would highly recommend that most folks give this place a pass. We found this little gem on Yelp and was skeptical because of the low number of reviews but decided to try anyways. We were not disappointed. We rate it the best pizza we've tried so far and we've tried pizza in most of the lower 48. We had sausage and pepperoni and found that only the best, freshest ingredients are used. Very great find off the beaten path. If traveling anywhere near here, it's worth the stop for an excellent pizza. My wife and I had a 14in pizza with sausage mushrooms and ham and it was exceptional. What was the clincher for us was the sauce. It has a slight sweet flavor, but not overpowering, just the right balance. We also had the garlic cheesy bread as an appetizer and it was very good as well. Overall a great little tavern with a good selection of beers, and some amazing food. Enjoy! read more

Tried this place twice. Both times it sucked. I ordered the pulled pork nachos, and they came out without any garnish at all, just chips, pork and cheese. Looked like something my kid would make in the microwave. I asked for salsa and they said they don't carry salsa but, "that's a good idea." The pork was so dry and salty it was inedible. My friends and I had a few beers on their patio. The server offered us another round at about 9:45 and so we ordered another round. Well they close at 10:00, which we did not know, and right after our beers arrived another older server came out and was clearly annoyed that we were still there. I got up to use the restroom and she said I couldn't because someone had locked it. Then our server came back out and closed the umbrella at our table while we were still sitting there. It had rained that day so she got water on us in the process. It was only 10:16 when we got in the car to leave, so we really weren't camped out for long after they "closed." Tried the smoked wings, they are legit. Meaty, juicy, right amount of smoke. I'm not a wing guy but I would be if they were all this good. Small pizza with mushrooms. Very important, they use fresh mushrooms not canned. Crust was thin and crispy, classic bar pie. The sauce is on the sweet side but not annoyingly so. You can tell they use provolone cheese, it's got a little bite to it. Very good. As a bonus, they have Alaskan Amber, I just happened to be wearing my shirt from when I went there. So I've never been to Galena & I went to hear my gf's friend play there. I had no real expectations for the place. From the outside, it looked like a lot of other bars in the country. But then we pulled around the back and I saw the smoker. Found out that they smoke their wings so I had to order those. I tried the mild & the bbq. The mild is definitely more of a medium and the smokey flavor came out really well. The bbq was also good and could still taste some of the smoke. I could have done with a bit less sauce but very good wings overall. I would definitely recommend them. We also had a pepperoni pizza. It all comes down to the sauce. If you like a sweeter sauce, you'll really like this pizza. If not, I think you'll still enjoy it as the crust and pepperoni was very good. The beer selection was decent. Living down in Clintonville with 100+ different drafts within a mile of you is hard to compete with. But they would have something for everyone. Finally, the management and wait staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! However they seemed pretty short staffed and we had to wave them down quite a bit. But they never seemed stressed or bothered by that. Overall, it's a really good place for wings, beer, & pizza and if it wasn't 40 mins away, I'd definitely go back. read more
