For our group of three plugging in our order took was too long especially since everything on the menu is served individually! I would have loved to have sipped on my margarita when looking at the menu instead of having to order it all at once. I later found out that you could start a tab through the online ordering but it just seemed way too complicated! I now live very close to Yabo's and this has become our most popular watering hole/eatery. Love the bartenders and how personable they are, Bella and Macy always have a smile on their face. They've added new items to their constantly rotating menu, which is exciting. The pulled pork sandwich and fries and The Smashburger are my two favorites. And if you come at the right time of the day, there's a little sweet surprise... A box of Parlour Doughnuts! Whether it's cold outside and we're watching the games or a summer day sitting out the patio area, this is one of our favorite spots to chill. read more

This is a self-service taco joint. You scan the menu, order your food online, and get your own drinks. I don't know if it was just for us or if they do this for everyone, but we were sitting in the covered outdoor space and when our order was ready they placed the food in the bar window and made us take it to the table ourselves. Then at the end they will ask for a tip.... The food was decent. Nothing spectaular or rememberable. Just a taco place. read more

Great location for the newest Yabo's Tacos located near the entrance of Evans Farm in Lewis Center. You seat yourself at this location and after snapping a picture of the QR code located on the table your table, you place your order online. It's super easy to use. It's also seemed very convenient to Just sit down wherever you want, place your order and a few minutes later my food was ready. I had the Big Sloppy burrito which comes with your choice Choice protein in a flour tortilla smothered in queso with grilled veggies, lettuce, and pico de gallo. It is just OK. The service is non-existent, yet you are supposed to tip. I have had to track down servers for utensils, water, missing items. I generally find them behind the bar on their phones. This location is so convenient and quick. The service is amazing. You can order on your phone which makes customization so easy. Their bar is well stocked and the restaurant is always clean. This place is just not that good. It's nice inside for sure, but the food is plain and just not good. We had a burrito and also some chicken tacos. The chicken tacos were not good. Chicken was dry and was supposed to have queso fresco...tasteless and not good at all. The burrito was a notch below okay. It's more like baby food Mexican food. Like Moe's but worse. Not authentic and just not worth it. And then you have to order on your phone with a QR code online thing. And then they wanted to default the tip to 22%...for just waking your food to you. And you have to get your own drinks. I paid 20% tip so nobody would screw with our food, but I won't be back. The other Yabo's in Westerville you used to place your order at the window and pick up your own food. Nobody wants to pay a $7 or $8 tip for someone to walk your food out to you. My family came here on a Tuesday evening and found ourselves waiting for almost an hour to get our food. When it finally arrived, all of our tacos were cold and chicken was dry. I had to dig through a ridiculous amount of lettuce and tomato to even find the hamburger. The quality of food was simply pathetic. They also have a lovely QR code system where you scan to order and pay (tipping in advance, of course). You would think this enhances their efficiency...oh, NO! It does allow the help (as they are clearly not "waitresses") to dump off your food never to be heard from again. No management presence and it seems like everyone couldn't care less about the customer experience. Employee finally greeted me and directed me to the correct bag. Once home, one order had less than a 1/4 cup of shredded chicken in it. Here you have to pay for both and the salsa comes in a tiny little dish and tasted like it was right out of a can. The worst thing is the prices. This place has so much potential. Great location to walk to for many, in an area where food and drink options are in demand. Unfortunately the way the employees and owners treat their customers will deter people from returning. I have been to this location a few times and each time has been the same. They will stop serving you alcohol and talk to you condescendingly when they think you have had enough. It doesn't matter if you are walking home or have a designated driver. I have witnessed this happening to customers a couple of times now. The food is pricey for what you get and just meh. The burrito I ordered had crunchy, undercooked rice in it. Wow, I recently visited this location for lunch and was very much so impressed. Waitress was very helpful as I told her never been there before. I had the White Chili bean soup and I gotta say that was the most flavorful soup I have ever eaten and I am a soup lover and rather hard to get me excited . Also had a Pork flour taco and the meat was seasoned incredibly well. I loved the food so well I also ordered more to go for my dinner as well as chicken tacos to drop off to a friend. At Dinner I tried the Chicken Bacon Ranch taco which was great as well as another pork taco. Restaurant and restrooms were super clean. Waitress Kelly was friendly, helpful and a hard worker. I will be back. She also told me they have other locations which is helpful as I travel right past one other location. This is in an area that is all new and growing.
