Great Shop! Danny helped me out incredibly with my vehicle. Needed a lot of work done that was going to cost me over $3000. Not only did he address all of my issues for about 1/2 the price, he also handled other issues that weren't identified by the other shops I went to before. Took my truck in for a oil change and had Danny and his staff look at some other issues that I had been putting off because the dealership was charging way too much. Danny called me to give me the quote for all the issues. The price was 1/3 of what the dealer was charging. I had to pull the trigger on this great deal. I recommended this shop to my Son since a neighboring collission shop which I have done business with in the past near this shop recommended NGR Auto shop for air conditioning work. My Son took his vehicle to the shop for the A/C to be addressed and paid for "service" in full. After picking up vehicle and paying shop in full, air conditioning did not work leaking freon. It is apparent, shop filled vehicle with freon without checking for leaks. Besides not doing the proper diagnostic, I noted on the receipt that the auto shop charged $40.00 just to tighten a bolt. Brought back the vehicle not once but TWICE after the initial visit when supposedly the "Mechanic performed A/C work" to ACCOMODATE the OWNER since OWNER said he was "TOO BUSY" to look at the vehicle. REALLY? THREE TIMES in TOTAL at your shop and You could not spare 10 minutes to do a diagnostic which you should have done in the beginning before filling the a/c system with freon which leaked, but you have time taking customer's money for a service which clearly was not done. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from NGR Auto Shop. This man has no regard for customer's time, courtesy and money. read more

The owner Danny Nagar. is an scammer. I went with my car with the battery very discharged after long vacations. I can't start my car and he tried to charge me 600 uss to change the starter. He said that was the problem. Ridiculous. After charge my battery all night long the car works perfectly. I waste time and 180 in tow to give him my car. Also he steal me 42 uss to check the car. Took my car for AC repair and while working on it they broke one of my interior trims. They lie about breaking the interior trim and won't pay for it or replace it. Now i have to go and spend more money on replacing the trim in my vehicle. They are not honest people. I will never bring my car again nor recommend this place. read more
