I wrote a check of $1,290 as their service fee. It is important to note that during this period, I was suffering from severe, debilitating health issues.Ultimately, they never filed my tax returns. When I later checked my bank account, I discovered that Sajide had used my login credentials to make an unauthorized Zelle transfer of $1,290 directly from my account to theirs.For a long time, I contacted them repeatedly demanding either my completed tax returns or a full refund. Every single time, they denied it and lied, claiming I never made such a payment. When I confronted the manager/owner (Tanka) over the phone, I was met with severe verbal abuse and insults.I have recently downloaded 7 years of historical bank transactions. We had some access issues that, for myself, they fixed; that was not fixed for my wife and we had to bug them several times in the last week before our scheduled tax prep meeting.
