Joel aka Joe did our taxes, he put deductions that we had no clue about a heads up would have been nice with our consent to do so, so we know what we would get ourselves in to with the IRS. At the end of the two years we were to pay $1000 back that wasn't so the IRS came back charging us $2000 for each year. I've called Joel aka Joe back several time since 2020 and 2021, I either get messages with a certain day to sort out the issues with the Taxes or I don't get a response back at all. I've been trying to track this man down for the past 7months and nothing. I've even gone to their office and they are closed. It's a shame this place just took our money and won't follow thru. I understand ppl get busy and make mistakes but he should accept accountability for his mistakes and help us out dealing with the IRS is no joke. If you don't want to have issues with the IRS stay away from this place.

I needed it today and requested it in the morning, it was an urgent matter and I needed it by noon to be faxed over. I called them a couple of time during the day and first I was told by Dorothy that the accountant is not in then later was told by Ivanna that they related the information to the accountant and they are working on it. I asked if they can forward that later to me by noon that would be wonderful because I need is ASAP. 3PM and I still do not have the latter and it is Friday! Called back and the ladies there were very rude! I asked to speak to person who is preparing this letter and they refused to let me speak to anyone except them 2 Ivanna or Dorothy. Such a messed up place! I haven't heard of such a mess in an accounting place! When Anna used to be things were going fast and smooth, now it is just a super messy place and I am so sorry I decided to do my business taxes there. That was the biggest mistake! Next year I am so doing it at a different more reliable accounting firm.

Simple advice. I talked to her once and was told that she will take care of it, but another 2 weeks passed and she never called me back. Lack of common courtesy and carelessness is the only word I can use it in that case. Make sure you read the return papers at least twice, because you will have to fix her mistakes by yourself, don't expect any help, I was naïve to think if someone made an error will fix it for you, that's what you are paying for at first place. Big disappointment. My family and friend will never return to her and will not recommended Anna and her little company to anyone.
