I saw Taylor chip on Instagram and being a cookie connoisseur I wanted to try the cookies consider another 6 ounce cookies and have various flavors. To say that I was disappointed is an understatement! These are by far the absolute worst cookies that I have ever had. I have had cookie shipped from several of the most famous bakeries around the country and I have received all of them without any issue. The shipping, customer service, and quality of cookie and product that Taylor chip is putting out is by far subpar. Especially considering the price point that they're asking. You would expect that these cookies would be appropriately labeled package and some sort of a tin or sustainable packaging and shipped without damage that's far from the case! The cookies come in some sort of plastic that it's not even like a cellophane it's some sort of cheap plastic wrap and in the plastic wrap are the cookie which any ingredients like a peanut butter and jelly or the pretzel cookie it comes covered in the topping from the cookie which is smeared across the plastic...very unattractive to the eye! I ordered a dozen cookies that cost nearly $70 and when I receive them 10 out of a dozen cookies were damaged broken crumbs broken half and that was just a beginning of the issue. All the cookies have a very odd granular sugar texture to them on the inside as if though the sugar did not melt or cook in the bake. I suspect that this Baker or not so much of a baker, does not cream their sugar when they blend there a cookie dough or batter. This is the only thing that could explain why there's actual sugar in every bite of the cookie and I'm not talking sugar cookies. Chocolate chip, peanut butter cookie, oatmeal every single one of them is just sugar in each bite... absolutely disgusting. The cookies are also slightly under done which is fine considering that they actually tell you to put them in the oven for a few minutes but even when you do all that does is dry the cookie out further making it for more crumbly as opposed to chewy. I'm not sure if the cookies that they post on their website are actually their cookies as what I received here were flat non-raised cookies that were again broken, under done, and full of granulated sugar! When I contacted them via Instagram I was given a bunch of excuses and disclaimers and then I was told that I would have customer service reach out back to me and they never did. They also deleted my honest comments on IG which is very dishonest and shady! I ordered these as a gift for a business client and I can't even give it to them. I should've went with a bottle of wine! Live in learn do yourself a favor save yourself the money and don't order these cookies they're just gross! read more

I was amazed to see Cookies and cookie dough at the PA farm show, but ohhh boy. These are Amazing! Not only did they use Wilbur chocolate instead of that crappy Hershey's (I'm from there and I can attest to how terrible their chocolate is now), but it is super moist and not the usual insanely sweet taste you would expect to find. They also have safe-to-eat Cookie Dough, which the Owners were more than happy to explain why it was safe. I take cookies and bagels very seriously. I am a true snob about them borg. I am not overweight at all and will not waste my calories frivolously. I believe the Taylor Chip cookies are THE best I have ever tried. I ordered a dozen expecting very little. I had ordered several other types before and was moderately impressed. these were fantastic. I plan to order again. I keep one out at a time and take 4 days minimum on each cookie. all others are frozen. The peanut butter stuffed was my favorit! Terrible service and customer care. Ordered cookies to be delivered in September 7th, the day before my birthday, that was a week ago and still no cookies. Contacted customer service and was given some BS about Labor day, no offer to rectify or appease me. Hell a free cookie would have at least been an acknowledgment of the problem. These cookies are the most amazing cookies on the planet! They use fresh local ingredients and you can taste the quality. Living in MA, they're shipped out to me in 2 business days. They arrive individually wrapped. Preheat the oven, warm up for about 5 mins and you are in instant cookie heaven! Highly recommend the S'mores and Salted Caramel Pretzel! However, we have had every one and they're all equally unique, delish and HUGE! They also freeze well, so you can save some for later. These cookies are worth every penny. These cookies are SO SO SO good!! My husband ordered these for my birthday and it was such a wonderful surprise. My husband was even surprised by how big they were, so they are definitely worth the price plus getting fresh cookies delivered, who could ask for more!?! I couldn't believe how delicious they were. These cookies are AH-MAZING! I got a mixed dozen intending to share with my family. The shipping was quick and they were packed carefully in the box. That first cookie, a s'mores, was pure delight. The cookies are good, but not all employees are wearing masks during the COVID-19 pandemic. If I hadn't ordered/paid for my cake, I would have turned around and walked out. No matter how good your product is, if you do not have the respect for others to wear a mask, you are not worth my time. I ordered 1 dozen assorted cookies sent to Florida. It took 3 weeks for my cookies to arrive. The shipping container was ok but the cookies inside had been heat sealed in an air permeable bag which is not conducive to freshness. Definitely not as nice as the shipping containers or packaging of some other gourmet cookies I have purchased. Unfortunately, none of the cookies were labeled. Another reviewer said that you should know what you ordered. Yes, but I ordered 12 cookies and 11 of them were different. The cookies I have eaten so far are the oatmeal raisin and another cookie that I am not sure of exactly which it is. It could either be the Chai cookie or Peanut butter nutella but I didn't get the taste either because the cookie was super sweet. I could identify the oatmeal raisin cookie because of the raisins. The mystery cookie was seriously underbaked and had to be baked in the oven before I could eat it and even then it was just a greasy lump of dough. I was really excited to get these cookies and wanted to like them but I didn't. I froze the remaining 10 cookies and hope they will be better than the two I ate. read more

Awful experience, go somewhere else! Off tasting gross cookie! We ordered a cookie cake for our son's birthday party, picked it up the day prior, took it out of the fridge hours prior to the party and the cookie was dry and crumbly when we went to cut it to dish out as opposed to tasting like a fresh soft cookie ended up tasting like a stale cookie falling apart. It was embarrassing to give it out just to be thrown away ultimately, which was upsetting due to the cookie being so pricey, $28 for a small to be exact. Rather than going directly to reviews, I reached out to communicate with the owner who completely dismissed my complaint and refused to do anything to make it right because we had waited a week to reach out about our experience, which didn't change the experience at all nor was it an inappropriate amount of time. I received nothing but excuses defending their poor product which had nothing to do with appearance and everything to do with taste and quality! I rather was blamed for the poor experience which I thought was completely inappropriate and offensive. Not good business etiquette at all for the quality or the customer service. Every business is bound to have an unpleasant venture once in a while, disappointed that they were unapologetic about their business. If you want a regular joe cookie cake just grab one at giant and skip this poorly run place of business and off tasting cookie, and if you do try make sure you don't complain you'll be blamed for the product and oh be sure to document so that you have proof because that's what you should be doing as a customer to make a legitimate complaint! I'm certain with the experience with this company that even a picture would not suffice as proof there would only be another reason as to why the fault can't possibly be them. There is another poor review on google and their response was that the person had the wrong business, as well as several other poor reviews claiming the owner also blamed them and denied the possibility of poor quality/tasting cookies, blaming the customers in multiple circumstances instead of making right! I left a review on their Facebook page along with a comment from a family friend that attended the party and vouched for the poor experience and they deleted it within minutes! Will not be repeating business along with our friends and family from our party, also sharing on our blog for local businesses that we love to support!
