Never put a deposit down, you never know what you will decide to do and they are not understanding…read moreof peoples circumstances. It's the equivalent of dropping money on the floor only to turn around and see someone pick it up and claim it' is theirs. You don't have any recourse but to let them have it because they are lawyers and you are not. I made the mistake of not communicating with their office when I was working on having my Advance Parole application done at Lee Bensons office. I had full faith I could make a deposit and I lost $400 because in the end I decided to put my application together by myself and sent it to USCIS without their help. I paid for a service of having my AP done and then took it upon myself to do it and was told the work they did was substantial. I know what it takes to do the work and I felt I could get it done faster but literally giving me $50 refund would have made me happy to not have to write a review. Like I said it's my fault for dropping the ball but don't tell me you picking up the dollar bill off the floor is substantial work that you can claim it. Don't respond to me Benson Lee, I regret going to this office and putting too much faith that they are considerate to the people that walk in the front door. I only wanted some part of my deposit to feel at least content that I didn't just hand it to you guys. Be careful people, it takes time to find a fair lawyer now a days.
