Beware of having this attorney draw up your trust or will. He will give no concern to what you pay…read morehim to complete on your behalf. His dedication is NOT to following out your final wishes. As soon as you pass, he will allow your trustees to use your estate money to fight amongst themselves and all those in your estate and will. I was named in a trust to receive three dogs and trusted by the dogs owner to place them in qualified homes based on her wishes that were explained to me in detail. I was told by her that this agreement was clearly detailed in her estate planned with this attorney. I accepted this responsibility and then shortly after my friend passed from cancer. It's now been four months. This attorney has allowed the executives of the estate to keep these dogs in limbo with zero regard for living animals needing a new owner and life. When I Originally spoke to the attorney he told me that he would have me the legal papers, allowing me to rehome the dogs very shortly. After not hearing from him I did phone him and he told me that I was not his client. I ask him if he would be following through with what Lillian wanted and clearly detailed and her estate. He informed me that Lillian was dead and no longer his client, he went on to tell me that her children were now his client and that they were fighting amongst themselves, as a side affect, leaving these dogs tied up in their battle. I have now had to hire an attorney to try to do what my friend asked me to do with her dogs. My bill is approaching 10 grand, but the saddest part is knowing that what my friend asked me to do with her dogs I have not been able to do. Seeing these dogs sit in limbo knowing that she trusted this attorney to prepare proper papers to make sure that they ended up in good homes is very sad. This attorney is all about the money and whoever is going to pay him. He is going to take their money regardless of what someone really wants. Now that Lillian is dead he is allowing her children to use the money in the estate to fight over her money, regardles what she clearly detailed she wanted to happen. He is the only one winning here because he is making money. Soon there will be no money left for anyone to argue about and the only winner is the attorney. Do not trust this man to follow out your final wishes because he will only rip off your heirs and induce them to fight amongst themselves so he continues to get paid. Update: probate court date just passed and as you would expect the judge shook her head with disgust at this attorney and his clients. The estate was ordered to pay me for the care of one of the dogs over the last 18 months and released the dog for me to place with a new owner. Argo is a highly trained service dog and Lillian has asked me to find a vet to donate him to. It's sad that he has waited this long for a new owner to love and serve. In summary, the estate paid this POS attorney a ton of money to be orders to pay me as the estate was set up in the first place. Lillians kids now have less money to split and Mark Hafer encouraging them and causing conflict made him more money. What a disgusting man. Rest In Peace Lillian.
