So I took some time before writing this review. I bought a JCB back hoe from these guys a little…read moreover a year ago. I paid extra for an air-conditioner which come to find out was a retro fit style AC for an old car. IT was meant to mount under the dash of a car, not be installed on the ceiling of a backhoe. I had it shipped to Texas and the moment it arrived, I knew I had made a mistake. Obviously the AC issue, then the paint job they put on it was a joke. The tires were worn...I still believe the pics they sent of the tires were from another machine. The back hoe runs well, however there is some kind of continual short that runs the battery down if its connected. The AC install....OK, they put HOSE CLAMPS on the high pressure lines. Obviously it wont hold a charge. I tried to get Brian to fix it, he just blew me off, he had his money already. I sent $1000 getting the AC working, however its no where nearly strong enough to cool the cab. Bottom line, LOOK ELSEWHERE, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. BUYER BEWARE

TLC Excavation is awesome. They had put in a new septic system at my house (before I purchased…read moreit.) Wanted to get it cleaned out and no one could get the cover off, so I called TLC. They were awesome they came to my house right away and they spent a few hours getting cover off ( they ended up cutting it off). They did not charge me a dime and i tried to tip the two guys who came and did it they would not take the money. If I ever need excavation or yard work done they will be 1st ones I call. Don't fine companies like this anymor

Dan was the ultimate professional who tended to each detail as if he were doing a job for his family. I was to pick up tables and chairs for an event of my daughters.
