Over the past year and a half they've masterfully completed several jobs for us, and we have them on the books for several more. They have dug out and installed french drains with sump pumps as well as repaired and painted walls, ceilings, and brickwork. All of these things were done expertly. But the most significant work they've done was to create, from the ground up, an addition to our house. We call it an addition, a sunroom, our new "hang out all day" room. A 14x16 vaulted ceiling with support beam masterpiece, the casement windows are all handmade with the finest craftsmanship and care. They spent hours, days and weeks measuring, sanding, staining, painting, glueing, nailing, and appraising. Perfection was the goal and it was accomplished over and over again. We were especially appreciative of the creativity and thoughtfulness with design and vision: Blaine especially was adept at providing the many options involved in all aspects of the job to choose from - such as tile material and color to stain shades - and then, when asked, gave his highly informed and relevant ideas and opinions. And when supplier issues and delays occurred as they always seem to these days they were undeterred and never rushed nor took shortcuts. They were always punctual, courteous, and up front with all details and accounting. Our cost overages were insignificant. We couldn't be happier with them and their work, and the end result was well beyond what we expected.

They discovered that a mold problem in the basement was worse than it appeared. There were lethal levels of toxic mold spores throughout the entire structure, not just a simple basement fix as the listing agent indicated. Craig went above and beyond to help us get out of the contract. Steve showed up at the scheduled time, was very nice and efficient and promised an emailed quote for our work by the end of the following week. I waited 11 days and contacted them. Was told Steve would call me in the next day or so. Waited another week and contacted them again, saying I had not heard from Steve. Crickets. Never heard back from them again. I checked both phone numbers they had for me to make sure I didn't miss a call. Nothing. Checked email spam and trash. Nothing. I tried. Contractors, if you don't want the job or can't do the job, simply let the potential client know and we will move on. I can't recommend this company because they don't appear to care about clients that are ready to spend our hard earned money and let us waste time on appointments, calls and emails with nothing to show for it.

Most recently he remodeled the master bathroom, taking out the old pre-fab shower unit and installing a beautiful tile, walk-in shower. This included moving walls and opening up the space, installing new vanity, toilet, mirror, light fixtures, etc. and added a tile floor and it only took about 8 days from start to finish. Steve and his workers didn't make one bit of mess in the house while working on the second floor and were very careful to clean up after themselves. Prior to this he has painted the entire interior of our home, repairing the walls and leaving no mess! He has replaced our roof and sofit fixtures in the gable ends of the roof, replaced the shed roof, finished our basement, power washed our home several times, replaced ALL the windows, installed new kitchen appliances and countertops including a tile backsplash and did a lot of cosmetic repair due to damage from the earthquake.
