I took it back 3 other times, only for them to tell me that apart from taking apart the engine there was nothing they could do. They claimed to put in new spark plugs, replace the egr valve (which they actually did, and clean the egr tube. After taking my car to a more honest mechanic, I found out that they did not replace the spark plugs or clean the egr tube, but they charged me for parts and labor on my receipt. The honest mechanic did the work they claimed to have done for half the price! I will never take my car back to these fraudulent people.

It's making a horrendous squeaking noise since he worked on it, which he refused to come and look at after I waited for him to arrive all day and at the end of the day, he texted me saying he wasn't coming and was not coming back because it was too far to drive for him and he had a long day. I just left O'Reilly's auto parts because the alternator he bought from O'Reillys and installed on my vehicle is bad and thankfully O'Reillys could pull up this guys account and they refunded me my money - but only what this guy paid for it which was $440, so I'm still out the $500 extra that I paid for this bad alternator...so I've basically learned that he upcharged me for the alternator by $500. Plus he billed me labor to install it. (He also charged me $969 for this refurbished alternator that only cost him $440). O'Reillys showed me what this guy paid for it and a brand new one is less expensive than what he charged me for a refurbished one which he installed without asking me if I minded if he used refurbished parts. I thought he was installing new parts, and when I told him I wanted a new alternator, he told me it was thousands of dollars and that's why he went with refurbished one. That is also a lie, which I found out today. I also had to replace the new battery he charged me for and installed because the alternator drained it and thankfully O'Reillys replaced it at no charge to me and I learned this guy upcharged me on the battery by over $100 plus he charged me labor to install it. He comes across as a very nice person, but beware! Very, very, very disappointed. Everyone in O'Reillys could not believe the amount he was over charging me for parts when I showed them the invoices he had provided to me. There are much better and more honest Mobile Mechanic's out there, find them and do not use this guy. He goes by Antoine.

Dale stopped me and asked me to bring it in so he can verify whether or not this was true. So I took it in the next morning. He took a look and basically found that the dealership was in fact trying to get one over on me. Now I had called 5-7 shops in the area to get quotes before going with Dale. I went with Dale because he was beyond nice on the phone, very professional, and he was the first one to offer to verify what the dealership was saying I needed. Now truth be told, he was not the cheapest quote. However, he was only $20 more than the cheapest quote. And because Dale seemed to be honest and very polite on the phone. I went with this shop. So Dale called me and said I only needed 2 out of the 5 things the dealership said I needed. And was wayyy cheaper than the dealerships quotes. I said, "let's do it!." My SUV was done in about an hour and a half. I am extremely pleased with their work and friendlyness. I believe the other employee Mike? Mark? was super nice too. Looks like this will be my go to shop from now on! Highly recommended!

It should come as no surprise therefore, that I am a frequent customer of my local mechanic. I usually visit Tony at Anything Auto, but several times a year he takes a week off to go fishing, and this usually coincides with a catastrophic problem with one of my vehicles. I checked the reviews for other local mechanics and found B&E, coincidentally right next door to Anything Auto. It turns out they are actually close friends and frequently help one another. On this occasion my old GM conversion van had a total brake failure. The lady at the front desk was exceedingly polite, and they got my van inspected, the main cylinder replaced, a minor seat repair and out the door the same day for under $200. I'll definitely be back.

I'll start by saying this is probably one of the most pathetic displays of a business I have ever…read moreencountered. Long story short they had my car for 6 weeks and gave it back to me in worse shape than I brought it in. After I spent $1K getting it "fixed"... and they never called me once. I brought this car to B&E last month on the 5th. I knew about a wheel bearing issue and some sort of leak. When dropping it off I asked them to take a look and let me know so I could order the more expensive parts. I also asked them to check the timing belt in case it needed to be done. They confirmed the wheel bearing issue and told me the leak was coming from the crank seals. I ordered and brought them a new wheel hub assembly within days and was under the impression they were going to start on it, as they said they would. 5 business days later I CALL THEM to which they inform me they have not started because they believed I was ordering the $20 seals to fix the leak. I informed them that I never said that I was only ordering the expensive parts and gave them the go ahead to order the seals. 5 more business days I check the status of the car and now they tell me they can not separate the hub from the spindle knuckle and I will need to order another part. This is when they finally inform me the timing belt needs to be replaced. By this time we are several weeks in. I continually asked them what they thought about the car whether it was worth putting $ into. They kept saying they wouldn't know or be able to give it any inspection really until it was fixed and running again. I was finally back from vacation at this point and brought them the timing belt and they had found a spindle knuckle. They then informed me there were 2 cars in front of me (somehow) and my car still would take yet another business week. I finally show up to pick up there car which they told me on two separate occasions earlier in the day would be ready - it was not. There was some hose that was swollen and they told me they would have it in one more hour. Nearing the end I finally get a call saying it was finished. I went and paid them and I made it .4 miles down the road before it started smoking and I parked it. Once again back at there place they now inform me that there is a separate leak they knew nothing of (because they are either trying to get my money or they truly didn't know and are horrible at their jobs). So needless to say I am done with them and the car. I asked repeatedly if the car looked solid enough to put $ into and fix up to which I never got much of a reply until the very end. I'm not sure how you run a business on a clean conscience.
