Since Larry didn't want to wait that long Cuz he'd be DEAD!!!, he looked at alternative services and landed on RAYUS Radiology where, for around $400 cash on the barrel head, they will scan your dingle and give you a dongle of your dingle. Well, count me in! These people were extremely organized, moved like a well oiled machine and we're awake at 6am or whenever the heck I wents there Cuz it was still dark. But the technician knew her job, the staff was punctual, the service was competent and quick and Larry got the fotos of the dingle on the dongle to his doctor months before his insurance company allowed him the courtesy of expiring on his deathbed. Yay! Thank you RAYUS. Postscript: I did not die.

I have always received same day or next day appointments for any non-routine medical need. All visits have started on time and I've never felt rushed. His office staff are polished, professional, and attentive. I greatly appreciate that Dr. Gay's office has an on-site lab (massive time saver). I also appreciate the patient portal where you can make appointments, view your lab results, view your prescriptions, ask questions, etc. On two separate occasions, Dr. Gay needed to refer me to a specialist. Both times he pulled out his phone and called the specialist's office right then. Not only was I floored that he personally made the call, but he also arranged appointments for that day! One of the occasions was more urgent and Dr. Gay and the specialist communicated back and forth several times before I was admitted to the hospital. Dr. Gay even called me directly to ensure that I got to the hospital. Dr. Gay has proven to me that he truly cares about me as a patient and as an individual.

I had an outpatient emergency surgery and couldn't believe the kindness, service and care I received. Nothing about my situation was easy for the staff but they made it work. People stayed late. They didn't treat me like an inconvenience they treated me like a friend and were a joy in a dark moment. I also had my first baby here and when given the choice am choosing to have my second here very soon. It is small and quiet. There are no bells and whistles and pianos. There are just people who have spent their careers here because they love it.

So I have my grandma here, she's spending time with me but she lives in CA with my mom... she does not have life insurance, everything that she spends here is based on her retirement money, so everything that she needs for herself she pays with her money.::of course we wouldn't qualify based on the household income.. so just because she lives with me she wouldn't qualify for that clinic. Since she has her retirement money that's how she supports herself basically, unfortunately I cannot add her to my insurance because she's my grandma.. if she lived by herself of course she would qualify but she does not have the resources for it.... While the reception staff and any…read morenurse I worked with here was amazing - both doctors I had through this clinic were not within the standards I expect from anyone in the field of caring for people. Between a doctor forgetting they had been my doctor for the past 6 months and telling me we had never met in person and another doctor quitting my pain management prescription with no notice on a medication that should be tapered down in dose all the while telling me that exercise would be the best pain management option for me - I ended up choosing to not work with this clinic any further. While working with both doctors here I felt that I was not seen as anything other than an overweight patient that needed to lose weight. I felt that they ignored the history of medical issues that appeared in childhood before my weight issues. I felt like they ignored the effort I was putting into my health. I felt like every appointment I was being judged and ignored. Even giving the benefit of the doubt on their intentions I can not ignore how their actions effected me. Overall while I believe the nurses and other staff are wonderful - I cant recommend anyone go here strictly on the basis of care I received from the doctors. I left almost every appointment feeling demoralized and dehumanized. When a doctor can't take the time to check a chart before seeing you or care to take any value out of your medical history and can't even respect the pain you are going through - I can't say they are a good doctor. I was checked in quickly had a minimal 20-25 min wait and then got to be seen by Dr. Lodding. She was super attentive and informative. I left with a couple prescriptions and ideas to remedy my sinus issue. I feel like she really listened to me and that I was cared for. I will use this clinic in the future and take her recommendation for finding a primary physician from the list she provided me.

Where do I begin? I was trying to get pregnant for a year…read more I finally got pregnant and went in for an ultrasound. Everything looked healthy and normal. At my second ultrasound (at 10 weeks), the ultrasound tech saw a "second baby" in the image. The doctor confirmed it and they rushed me to the hospital for a "heterotopic pregnancy" believing that the second baby was not in the uterus and needed to be removed ASAP. The doctor got off at 5pm. I went to the hospital and got an MRI. Dr. Daniels said it was just a cyst and not a baby but the radiologists were convinced it was a baby. I asked for another opinion from a specialist and they said there is not one at the hospital and I need to go into surgery for the emergency. When I woke up, I was told there was no additional baby and they removed the cyst which is responsible for creating progesterone to keep me pregnant. It was a misdiagnosis. I had to go into unnecessary surgery in my first trimester and risk a miscarriage of my healthy baby. Not only did I have to miss work to recover but I accumulated over $3500 worth of medical bills after insurance. This is what i hoped to pay on the delivery, not to remove a cyst that they thought was a baby. I expressed my frustration and was told to bring in my medical bills and they would help me out. I brought them in and found out my doctor no longer worked there. The office then agreed to "cover my medical bills due to their mistake." I continued getting medical bills in the mail for 4 months even though every time I called the office to remind them to pay them, they assured me they would take care of them and to "not worry." They said someone would call me back. This happened on a weekly basis and nobody ever called me back. Finally my bills were about to go to collections and so I called several times in one week and had to pretty much force them to call me back. I could never get a hold of anyone and calls were never returned. When they finally called me back, i was told they would not pay my bills, 4 months later, after telling me they would on a weekly basis. The doctors were nice but the experience I had was very lousy. I was most frustrated with the office and how they told me what I wanted to hear but never followed through to pay the bills. I felt extremely deceived and had to deal with this for months. I switched health insurance and doctors and gratefully, never had to go back.

EPIC had an incorrect address, so she never received this invoice. You would think after the post office returned every statement as Undeliverable/No Such Address someone in the billing department with half a brain would have said hmmm....maybe I should check and make sure the address on file is correct. George at EPIC gave me the name of the doctor. My parents have no recollection of ever being seen by this doctor that billed $2,200. Requested a copy of the invoice/statement. Told they could only send by mail and 7-10 business days. Ever heard of email? Just delaying so they can add more interest and fees? When I informed them that they had an incorrect address, was told by George that once sent to collection they cannot do anything about it. He admitted the address error was EPIC's fault, but refused to take any action to correct their billing error. Checked with the insurance provider. No invoice was ever received from this provider. George at EPIC confirmed that the invoice had not been submitted to my insurance. Why? Why wasn't her insurance billed? Were they afraid the insurance provider would identify this invoice as fraudulent? EPIC has 54 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau in just the past three years. I am concerned that they are targeting senior citizens like my mother.
