It is served on homemade buns or bread, and due to the moisture content in the Chip, it's the only bread that would hold up to this. Served with pickles and onions, it is amazing. Their pulled pork is very good, and their ribs are served with the "dip" sauce over it and almost like they are boiled. Their baked beans are some of the best I've ever had anywhere!
