So when we had a leak around a toilet, he was the 1st one we called. He reset the toilet and did it RIGHT. Not like the "handyman" who did it the first time. He stuck to his estimated price as well. Within in a day or so, we had to replace our refrigerator and the water supply faucet developed a leak (it was over 40 yrs old).
