The heart is messed up. It's very clumpy. The acrylic isn't apply on correctly. They're uneven they're lifted. Some of them were crooked in the French tip is awful. Looks nothing like the picture. Oh and keep in mind. I never asked for the glitter around the lettering. She just did it herself. Did not take her time at all. Paid 68 bucks. I'll show you what I wanted and what I got. Going back tomorrow to get my moneys worth.

This is ludicrous, unacceptable and VERY unprofessional!!!! WHAT kind of business does this?! Certainly doesn't happen where we are from! She is not having any luck finding availability in other salons TWO days before the wedding. If you cared about your business and clients, you would find a solution. Simply unacceptable. Yes, she did get a refund, but you did not fix the problem!

Another lady came in at the same time wanting concealer. The daughter of the lady who does botox shows up unprofessionally dressed and late. They talked for 30 min about how her class mates where on drugs and how to be professional while I waited for her mother to show up for my now 30 late appointment. I mentioned twice that I now would like to reschedule since I had another appointment scheduled. She proceeded to keep talking to the person who did not have an appointment but was trying to get her daughter a job there. I was hoping to do something nice for my mother since she had just gone through something extremely tragic. I have been to several appointments and I have never been treated this unprofessionally. It's very unfortunate that we have to travel so far for decent service.
