Sometimes I am unsure when it comes to tire warranties but the tire warranty that came with my tires did exactly what they said it would do. It took care of my road hazard repair and it also covers rotation and balancing. I don't have an appointment but Jamal took care of me and provided EXCELLENT customer service. He even kept me informed while I was waiting and checked on me a few times. Other customers were also singing his praises back and forth which made me feel comfortable immediately.
