We were in CO for the Rocky Mountain Siberian Husky Club specialty and wanted something light to munch on. We generally never eat breakfast, but needed a little something to get us through the afternoon until dinner since we wouldn't have time for lunch. Wolf and Honey came up during my research and we thought why not? It looked super cute and the reviews were solid. I'm really glad we stopped by! We entered through the rear entrance, since that was where our car was parked, but the front entrance was nice as well. The interior was chic and inviting. You order at the counter and take a table number for your food. The toasts looked really good, so I went with the strawberry pistachio while my husband went with the avocado. For our drinks, I went with an iced espresso honey lavender with oat milk, while my husband went with an iced teddy bear latte with oat milk. Both of the lattes were strong without being bitter, and delightfully smooth. The toasts, however, were the stars of the show. Toasted to perfection, with a generous amount of toppings and drizzles of balsamic and honey for mine and hot honey for my husband's. For only $10 each too, what a good price point. We sat in comfy chairs by the window, basking in the morning sun, indulging in our toasts while sipping on our lattes. When we finally finished our brunch, we bussed our own tables, putting the plates and utensils in a bin by the ordering counter. I noticed that Wolf and Honey also offered happy hour cocktails, which unfortunately we did not have time in our schedule to partake in, but will need to the next time we visit Brighton. I'd definitely return to Wolf and Honey, especially for their delicious sourdough toasts!

I love the fact that they have so many sugar free syrup options. Last time I wanted a nondairy, sugar free 'fireside latte' but they didn't have the sugar free toasted marshmallow syrup in stock, so the barista suggested another flavor which I cannot remember now since it's been a few weeks but it was a perfect option (maybe SF s'mores?) and made one of the best lattes I've had. They also bring the coffee right to your table which I think is very nice. I will definitely keep coming back here.

We drove all the way from Denver for breakfast, only to find a limited range of options. Ziggi's used to be well known for taking good care of guests with allergies, but not anymore. Where are all of the gluten free and nondairy items? We were sold a gluten free cake that turned out to have wheat in it. And I ordered two Americanos with extra room, but instead received the drinks with extra cream. The barista seemed annoyed when I asked for it to be fixed, even though it was her error. Sorry Ziggi's, you've lost a few customers.

He was quick and helpful and seemed to have a great rapport with the regular customers. The beers were ok. I tried 8 different ones. My favorite was the Frost Bite. A mint chocolate oatmeal stout. It was very good. Their blood orange ipa was especially good as well. Their honey red "cream ale" is definitely not a to style cream ale so heads up if you're ordering it expecting a cream ale. Their peach blonde was pretty good as well. I wasn't a big fan of their Mexican lager taco matic and the peanut butter blonde. I'd probably try the cherry Belgian strong again as well. Overall they do have some good beers and some that I wouldn't try again. But they're worth supporting!! I wish they would have something that talked more about their beers. As a brewer I'm interested in some of the ingredients they used in their brews so I can understand more of what they are shooting for flavor and style wise.

The brown sugar boba was disgusting, it was far from your typical brown sugar boba from any boba shop. That stuff was straight up honey and it was sooo strong. My son go to drink is brown sugar boba at all boba shops and the look on his face was just full of sadness. We tried to add more milk to make the drink better but that drink was not fixable. It was the worse brown sugar boba ever. I do not recommend it at all, unless you like to drink pure honey. (Sad thing is, my son absolutely hate honey, so again, just huge disappointment for him) Straight waste of $$$$$ into the trash. I also ordered the passion fruit tea with no ice, there was ice and zero passion fruit flavor, such a bummer. Service was a little nonexistent but the vibe of the shop was cool! There are so many boba shops in Denver area to try out and I'm not in a hurry to go back to this one unless someone I'm with is wanting to go, when I do return, I would love to try the taro cream puff or Vietnamese coffee.

That is usually the case with chain spots, but some can be really good (Teahee/Shiba Boba, for instance) Happy Lemon is a very run-of-the-mill place and may be good if you're introducing someone to these kinds of drinks for the first time. I found the drinks to be on the mild side in terms of flavor, more watered down tea taste than anything else. The bubbles seemed small and were also just okay. The inside is cute, there are plenty of places to sit down and they have some games you can play. It'd be a nice family outing or a place to bring kids. Parking can be kind of tricky when its busy, but I had no issues finding a spot out front. Staff and service were quick and friendly. Overall, I think I would only return here if I was really in the mood for bubble tea and already in the area shopping.
