Poor customer service. I checked in and the order wasn't ready. Then I sat around waiting while the order was already ready at the front. I eventually went and checked again to find out the order had been sitting there for a while. It's not hard to call out order names when they're ready, but it's obviously too difficult of a task for the staff here. read more

It's been over a year since I've been at this location, since I have moved away from the area, but I always enjoy it when I come back to visit. I Arrived just a few minutes after they opened for the day. Several people were in front of me before I ordered, it was quick and friendly service for everyone, great eye contact with customers and asking if there's anything else, after confirming the food . Taziki's food is always fresh and beautifully presented and delivered by friendly staff. The staff are frequently coming by and asking if we need anything and I love that they clear our table of empty dishes. This is the best "fast food" restaurants with fresh and healthy food options! People might be afraid of trying a Mediterranean style entrée, but the food here is not overly seasoned with Mediterranean herbs and anyone's pallet can enjoy it, especially the lemon chicken and rice soup! The food was great as well as the dinning area. I used the bathroom and it was terrible!!!!! It smelled like sewer and it was disgustingly gross. Spiders crawling around, corner full of dead gnats, diaper changing station that needs to be replaced! I could go on! After using the restroom i could not finish my food. Excellent, polite, & friendly service. Have been there nearly a half a dozen times since last summer. Restaurant is always clean, & inviting. The lamb gyros are on point and one of my favorite meals. They don't use the preprocessed lamb, it is fresh and shaved like it is supposed to be. The cucumber and tomatoes salad as a side is wonderful. The meals are prepared quickly & each time I've been there the quality is excellent. You won't go wrong with this restaurant. Highly recommend them. read more

I wanted to try something new in the area besides the typical fast food joints and I happened to find this spot! Let me just say the line was long and moved a little slow, but it was during lunch hour so I don't want to make that an issue. I got the chicken wrap combo. It was really delicious. It came with plain ruffle chips and you can add a side, I chose fresh fruit. The chicken wraps are very filling. You get four halves that are filled with chicken cheese and other fresh ingredients. The salsa dip made it even better. Good spot! I can't wait to try more items...but not during lunch time, lol! read more

So glad I came across Taziki's because I haven't had it in years and didn't know Memphis had one! I met up with an associate for lunch and although they were busy we received our food fairly quickly. PLUS.. they have a drive-thru for those that don't want to go inside. I ordered the Lamb Gyro w/no feta + a side of cucumber & tomato salad (no feta) (you'll get chips as well). The Gyro was amazing and delicious! The meat was cooked very well and the Taziki sauce balanced it out well. It definitely was enough food to feel full but not stuffed. So I went for the first time today. I always see the location because I'm in the area often but never stopped. Today I stopped in. Staff was nice and welcoming. Attentive. It was clean. Kitchen staff seemed to communicate. I ordered the grilled salmon platter . It comes with the salmon, a salad, potatoes or rice and a couple of pita chips . It is usually 15.99 plus tax but I added a side of rice and a taziki sauce so it came out to 20.28 . My order came out super quick. I checked my order before I left to make sure everything was there and it was. I got to my destination and began to eat my food . The salmon was dry/over cooked and it could be due to sitting in a broiler or lamp ; not sure . As I mentioned it came out super quick. The rice had too much lemon juice . It gave it a sour taste, but salt calmed it down a bit. The potatoes were good and so was the salad. Overall, I will try them again, I will just ask that my salmon is cooked fresh and not one that was already done. * please forgive for any punctuation errors/typos* Update: so the manager / owner sent a gift card to me so I can try the restaurant again. I am really appreciative that they stepped up and tried to resolve the matter. I will say that this time around the wait was a bit longer , but I was ok with that. It was only about ten- 15 mins maybe .. I got salmon, salad, potatoes and fruit salad instead of the rice again. The salmon was better. It was moist , not dry as it was initially. The potatoes were ok. The salad was ok (tomatoes were mushy). The fruit salad was not the best. It was mostly grapes, which are under the top pieces you see, and most of the grapes were mushy. I won't completely count them out because the food is a reasonable price and when it is good, it's good. I just wish there was a bit more consistency with the quality of everything. We got the chicken gyro and beef gyro. I ordered online and picked up. Staff seem pretty nice. The lady at the front desk made sure she checked my order before handing it to me. So there's no mess ups. Which I appreciate The chicken gyro was so dry...the flavor was good. But chicken was cooked too long. The rice was so sour. I didn't care for it. The beef was also dry. Overcooked. Not sure if this was just a one time thing. But I wasn't impressed. The only reason why I gave it a 3 stars is because staff was nice. Would I go back? I'm not really sure yet. read more

Extremely long wait time in the drive thru. The person taking orders had no product knowledge and mispronounced several menu items. I ended up ordering the daily special "spanakopita" because she told me the grilled veggie gyro only had lettuce, tomato and grilled onions on it. That isn't actually correct. The "spanakopita" was, in fact, a chicken wrap. A lot of dry looking chicken with very little spinach and even less feta wrapped in a flour tortilla and grilled. Most of the tortillas and all the dry looking chicken got tossed. I also ordered roasted potatoes. The potatoes were unevenly cooked, some were very well done and some were still crunchy. Once I found the ones with bad spots the rest got tossed. The cup of ice I requested was handed to me without a lid. I had to ask for one. It was a bad experience all around. read more

Great place in the Bartlett/Cordova area with a lot of healthy options. Once we arrived, we were acknowledged right away and the gentleman asked if it was our first time visiting the restaurant. He gave us menus and we placed our order. I ordered the Mediterranean salad with shrimp and my husband ordered the chicken feast. We also ordered the pimento cheese. My salad was huge with just the right amount of shrimp and my husband was pleased with his grilled chicken. I choose the Greek dressing instead of the vinaigrette dressing that typically came with it. Everything was delicious! The service at this restaurant was excellent. If I could give zero stars, I would. Context: this was our first time here. We were at target and spotted this place. We thought it was cute and we love the cuisine. We looked online and saw that we could order online for curbside pick up. After review of the menu, we placed a curbside order totaling $80. What happened: we pulled up 35 minutes before our promised order time, so we patiently waited in the parking lot. The curbside spaces were all taken and the space next to the curb side was handicap, so we decided to park next to the drive-thru spots, if I recall correctly there's four. When we pulled up, I had selected the button to notify that we were already there, so I waited until 8:25 PM to call. The girl who picked up was very loud, I said "I'm here for a curbside", she asked "what's the name?" I answered "B**". She said "we are coming" and then hung up on me. 10 minutes later two girls came to our car, stood at the driver door and said "HELLO?" Again, very loudly with attitude. As soon as I rolled down the window, one young lady said to me "Next time, the curbside pick up is over there" and the other young lady gave me a gave with 4 boxes. And said "thank you". They both walked away. (So I guess they couldn't find my car and got mad? So the other girl had to come with the young lady that was bringing my food out to scold me for not parking in the correct area? That's the only thing I can think of since it doesn't take two people to bring one bag of food). After they walked away, still in shocked that I just got yelled at as if I was a ratchet fast food place. I realized that my order was missing some items. Since we ordered 6 different items totaling $80, and we only received one bag of 4 boxes. I pulled around and walked in. I went to the counter and the you d lady at the counter said "how can I help you ma'am" and asked the young lady this "hi excuse me, someone just brought me my order but I think I am missing some items, I have 6 orders on my tickets but only four boxes. Did y'all combine them? Or am I missing some boxes?". She rolled her eyes and said "I didn't bag your order so I don't know." That was definitely not the answer I was looking for, not at all. So at this point I was furious... Two people walked to my car to bring me half my order and to yell at me???? The funny thing is she said "next time..." as if I would ever return to this establishment again? I am not sure how you run your business but I am sure it's not successful from returning customers, at least not with that type of services. What actually amazes me is that I took every step not to receive bad service... I chose to order online, I chose to do curbside pick up, I chose to call so that it wouldn't be late, I chose to go in when the order was wrong to get things straightened out... But yet every single employee still managed to give me bad service. I am writing this review not for the employees, I am writing this review for the owner of the business. Your place looks great, the food it's not bad but your service has to change. Running a business with bad employees is the worst thing that can happen to a business owner. I can tell by the way it looks that you've put a lot of thought and effort into your business, please do not let that attitudes ruin it. Man. I had high hopes for Taziki's. I came through here last week to pick up lunch for the first time from here for myself & my husband. I felt rushed at the drive-thru and ended up settling on the special of the day which happened to be tacos. I didn't see a meat for the tacos clearly marked on the menu posted outside so I was bummed when I later learned these would be tilapia tacos. I was even more bummed when I was about two bites into the taco and I realized it was just a big ole slab of tilapia on there... not shredded or in strips... just a big, thick piece of fish. It was really off-putting and after three bites I ended up throwing the taco away. I was really looking forward to my order since I don't live in the area anymore I try to stop by when I am . I ordered at the drive through at 2:58. I sat there in line and paid at 3:12. I wait for exactly 20 mins for a girl who didn't take my order or my money to come to the window and tell me the order total for what I assume was the people behind me. I tell her I've already paid and she asks what did I order I tell her but for some reason she is having trouble pulling up my order so I just hand her my receipt. Then she comes back and says they are out of rice which is primarily all my sides. I tell her I have watched them bag up 3 different orders with rice while I've been sitting here and you're telling me none of them was my order? She then rudely tells me she's not the one who took my order and then starts to talking to someone else in Spanish about me. Which I know because I took several years of Spanish. The guy who took my order comes back over and asks what's going and tells her to leave the window. When she does I still hear her talking in Spanish to someone I can't see about me. By 3:36 I'm leaving with a receipt for a refund because rice would have been another 15 mins!
