Best thang since sliced bread. If you don't eat pork but still want a meat lovers style pizza you can't miss with this place.

I had been to AM for cocktails at the bar before, but never done the whole dining experience until…read moreour anniversary dinner. We sat in the bar area and the ambiance was just right. Moody lighting, low rumble of noise and music you enjoy but don't notice. My kinda place. Rye was our server and she was excellent. Not only top-notch recommendations but also let us know about the tasting menu- I can't wait to come back to try the off-menu one they do the last Wednesday of every month. We got raw oysters to start and chose the seasonal preparation. It was almost like frozen lemonade crème fresh, but with the brine of the oysters it just worked. Would def order again! We started with a whiskey sour and AM old fashioned. Both great but mine was so good my husband ordered another round of them for us before we got a bottle of red. I don't recall what bottle it was but it worked perfectly as it wasn't too heavy and swung easily from apps/pasta/entrees. Then we opted into the blind tasting menu. 5 courses, chosen from the menu that you don't know what you're getting until it touches the table. My husband and I are pretty adventurous as far as food goes so it was perfect for us. No shit- Everything was amazing. I loved the tasting menu as it was not any dishes we were considering and I am so glad we got to try things we wouldn't have otherwise. For example, the little asparagus appetizer was the best thing we ate, on God. Like, what in the actual F ! The kind of magic they created with those little green veggies was out of this world --I didn't even want to swallow it was that delicious. There was some kind of fish crudo with beet and kumquat relish. Weird and so good! We also had some pasta with a lemon-y butter sauce and spinach and then a chicken entree. I was getting so full by the time entrees came I ate less than half of it but the skin was crispy, chicken was cooked to perfection and husband finished them both. Now yall, the dessert was a heavenly little pot of rich chocolate with a caramel base and crunchy honeycomb crisp on top. I was so full I couldn't finish it but my husband finished his and then mine. We also ordered a little affogato and it was perfect to finish the meal. I will absolutely be back and look forward to trying their other restaurants in the near future!!!

Overall there are 5 courses and took about 2 hours. Overall the food was very good except the entree. The spinach was extremely salty and unfortunately every time i or my group took a bite of spinach it was off putting. I was able to eat the portions not touch by the spinach but it was so salty spinach was inedible. The best thing of the night was this spinach pasta dish with pumpkin. I would just go back for that. Again, overall it was a fun experience but unfortunately would not do it again. I would probably go back just for their pasta.

I was wearing my "mom clothes" and we had our toddler with us. Not once did I not feel welcomed though. Our waiter was super nice, very helpful with the menu options. I wish I had gotten his name (we actually dined over 3 months ago and I'm just getting to this review!). He seemed to have been busy, but never let it affect his performance. Now on to the food. My goodness, it was delicious and I have been craving to go back. First off, I appreciate that they are a kid friendly place. I understand not every place has to be, but when a place offers something for kids, it just makes the dining experience even better for me. They were out of the kids cheese pizza, but our waiter did a cheese flatbread for my son. I mean, that alone was good, but my entree was the best! I had the basil pesto tortellini. All the flavors came together perfectly in it. Highly recommend! My husband got the bbq chicken flatbread, one of the best flatbreads we've had. Seriously! As an appetizer, we got the baked spinach dip. It had so much flavor and pairing it with those house made tortilla chips were just the extra it needed. The only thing that was disappointing was the tiramisu. We have had better. The espresso flavor just wasn't enough for my liking. We'll be back for sure! Maybe a date night for dinner.

As an international traveling food critic and unbeknownst to the staff, the following is what I…read moreexperienced: - Staff were NOT welcoming nor personable. - Food quality has dropped significantly since my previous experience over eight years ago. The ownership must have changed. +/- Server Karen was doing her best to keep up, but management chose to only provide one waitress to handle a party of 30+. - Fried Ravioli Appetizer was worse than an overcooked & greasy Hot Pocket. - Italian Salad with wealthy, lettuce, and old ingredients. - Chicken Parmesan was so overcooked it was charred, dried out, and tough. The marinara sauce is terrible. The absolute worst meal I've had in a very long time. +/- Hamburger seemed to be the only thing that was palatable, but that was overcooked as well. Apparently, their Chef knows no other temperature for his/her dishes. - Terribly sad that the hamburgers is the best thing at any Italian restaurant! - This is clearly NOT an authentic Italian restaurant as it was before! It is now a pretend Italian restaurant within its final stages of its demise. If you are in the area DO NOT waste your time dining here!!!

We have friends from out of town and they wanted the BBQ pizza from Coletta's they've heard so much…read moreabout. We ordered the large BBQ pizza and a medium cheese, and boy were we horribly disappointed and embarrassed. The meat on the BBQ was old, and extremely dry with a nasty sauce of some kind on top, and the crust was soggy and not even cooked. The cheese wasn't any better. Again, the crust was raw and soggy with an extreme amount of grease on top. We soaked up the grease with paper towels hoping it would help, but nope it didn't. Between the three adults we couldn't eat more than three slices total. The remainder went in the trash. You'd expect better from a place that's been around as long as Coletta's has, but with food like this I'd think they're in jeopardy of surviving.

A supposed toasted ravioli. It is a dried piece of bread with lukewarm meat inside. Will never go back to this place ever again
