It had a pleasant ambiance, friendly service and the food was good, especially when considering that it is a fast casual restaurant. I had a gyro and overall was pleased with my meal. This location is in the same building as the Chipotle Mexican Grill. The parking here is a bit tight, but nothing terrible. Overall, this Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe is a good option and my experience at this Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe was an overall positive experience. I love this place. They closed one Sunday and i ended up in the other Pita place. Mistake.

This place has great service and food. We walked in and checked out the menu before ordering. We got up to the counter and the gentleman was smiling and answered my questions about the spice level of the hummus. About 5 minutes after ordering our food arrived hot and fresh. I ordered the veggie pita and spicy hummus. The price was $17 and some change. The food was flavorful and fresh. The restaurant was clean and well lit. I'm going back soon! read more

We were driving through town and didn't want 'fast food'. This was an excellent choice to grab and go. I got the falafel plate and he had the chicken kabobs. I also got the hummus and pita bread. We didn't have to wait long at all. All of it was so good. Definitely recommend. read more

The customer service is horrible at the Eastchase AL. I've ordered several different times and each time I ask for extra of their sauce. Again as usual they sent NONE! I've called and received NO help from management. As much as I've spent there you would think they might eventually get it right! I wo recommend not ever going there to anyone! read more

A friend really loves the Tuesday pork loin special. Unfortunately on the day that we went, it wasn't Tuesday. So, I decided to try a Greek staple, the grilled chicken gyro. Taziki's serves it with chips and a side of your choice from several options including basmati rice, potatoes, fruit, tomato and cucumber salad, pasta salad. The restaurant's ordering process involves going through the line to place your order, taking a number to the table, and waiting for the order to arrive. The food is made to order and if took about 15 minutes for our to-go order to be ready. I visited on a Sunday afternoon and there was a nice crowd, nearly filling the dining area. I love good pita bread and Taziki's version was soft, fluffy, and slightly chewy. It was pretty good. The gyro was filled with strips of chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and taziki sauce. The chicken was seasoned well and I liked their taziki sauce, which with a little thicker than others that I've had. The main issue was that the pita bread with soggy with the ingredients stuffed inside, which was problematic for me. The bread should be crispy enough so that it is able to withstand the ingredients. The pasta salad was good but, who can mess up a pasta salad? The several chips included were appreciated. Prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly. I am looking forward to one of these locations opening up close to where I live. I, too, want to try the pork loin sandwich. 3.5 stars read more

We stopped here looking for a good option for gluten free food on the go. I also read through some of the yelp reviews. Although I had high hopes, my review is 3 stars because our experience was solidly average. I love that the majority of their menu is gluten free. And there were some good vegetarian options. I was also pleased with the healthy kids options. When my family of 4 walked in there was only one table with people waiting for food. All of the employees were busy performing various tasks. The gentleman that took our order was very polite. I ordered the grilled chicken and rice kids meals with a side of fruit for my kids. Very nice portion sizes. The chicken had good flavor. I was disappointed that although the kids meals come with drinks the only options were fountain drinks. 100% juice would have been a nice touch. My husband had a lamb gyro with chips and fruit. I had the tomato basil sandwich with chips and fruit. Both good...not great. If you're in the mood for more Americanized Mediterranean food, this is a good choice. They have hummus, gyros, salads, and even their baklava is good. The service is great, every time I've eaten here they've been very friendly. Once, one server even ran out because they accidentally gave me the wrong meat with my salad, so I got extra for free. This restaurant is located in front of an open shopping center area with Target at one end and a kohl's at the other. The ambience of the restaurant is nice but very reserved. It was very clean and while we were there the staff made sure the restaurant stayed that way. There weren't an incredible amount of decorations but it looked good. The staff were very nice and one thing that caught my eye was when an older gentleman who had just purchased his meal dropped his cake on the ground. One of the staff named Tania took care of him immediately and got him another piece of cake. Then she proceeded to clean up the floor. This went along way for me and showed their dedication to their customers. The food was good and definitely had a lot of flavor. I had the lamb gyro and a salad on the side. So I am all about a clean restaurant and clean bathrooms. This restaurant has both. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are high tables for two near the windows and and the floor is populated with low for top tables and two long tables. My daughter ordered grilled cheese with fruit, order the quinoa salmon bowl. I usually can count on Taziki's for yummy, fresh Mediterranean food...but this location has disappointed me on multiple occasions and I will not be returning. Today after waiting way too long (especially since it wasn't crowded my chicken feast arrived with about half the amount of chicken that I'm accustomed to from other locations. Because of the wait I don't have time to complain and have them address the issue. Last time I dined here I subbed veggies for the salad on the feast..my meal arrived with hot veggies and rice and cold chicken. When I mentioned it to the server she asked if I wanted to keep the sides while they addressed the chicken. Ummm, no..I would like to eat all of my food at the same time. He manager did comp my meal but it appears that they still need to address some issues. I hope that can bring this lotion up to what I expect from Taziki's. read more

High hopes somewhat dashed. At first bite, the grilled lamb gyro packed a flavorful punch, but maybe I was just that hungry. Before I got halfway through it, I started noticing the chewy meat, the uneven texture of the pita, and the oddly absent tzatziki sauce (ironic?). The pasta and potato sides were decent. The restaurant itself has a nice open atmosphere, although I have to mention the odd selection of music. I mean nothing says Greek like some Parliament Funkadelic! I still have that bow-wow-wow-yippee-yo-yippee-yay in my head. The staff were very nice and since we ate during the busy Sunday lunch hour, we got free baklava for our wait (THAT was really good!). The lamb did not have the same juicy flavor I am used to at other Greek restaurants which is why I call it "good". The prices are a little high for the style of restaurant (order at counter). The servers here were extremely friendly, and the food came out really quick.
