I ordered a pallet of sod and picked it up the day after it arrived due to them not calling me to tell me it was ready (I had to call). However I needed one more pallet for the project I was working on, ordered this pallet stated I would pick it up Thursday which is July 4th. I am a Firefighter and was working on the 3rd hence why I couldn't pick it up the third. Tanner was blown away by this stating it should be "common sense" they would be closed on the 4th. Which funny enough...yelp and their hours doesn't state they are closed!!!! He refused to refund me and stated he could just leave my Pallet of grass outside however if someone steals it that's not his fault. Seriously worst person I've ever dealt with...STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Attached proof of their hours that state they aren't closed on the 4th.

So I took it there to fix the recoil and put two washers on screws in the carb bowl. I paid $49 and change for a "diag" fee which I was told would go toward labor. they called and said the recoil was broke and I had to come in and pay for the recoil for them to order it and then I was "paid up". I paid both charges on my credit card. They called me today and said I needed a new carb, spark plug, oil change and filters costing me a lot. I said I will pick it up and fix myself. When I went to pick it up they said I owed another $19.80 but did not say for what. I got a little upset and gave her my credit card and she told me I would have to pay cash. They are holding my mower for $19.80. What a ripoff !!!!!!!!!!

Chainsaws & lawn tools The service was pleasant. Informative and friendly. The prices are amazing. It's an hout from home but no traffic. Plenty of parking. I will return.

The carburetor is fine before bringing the salt to them. The saw I had amazing compression when I got the saw back it had a little to no compression we talked three times on the phone and all they mentioned was a bad carburetor and a bad fuel tank Gromit and nothing about the compression. They wanted 400+ to fix the leak and put an OEM carburetor in it. His place is just robbing people because they can't do the work themselves. I had zero time that week to work on it so I brought it to them now I have to rebuild the whole saw.

I Lost everything my home and all of my belongings. I was unexpectedly let go solely for contacting FEMA to find a hotel for my family. The owner Lesa McMullen harassed me while on the phone with FEMA. Even after I informed her respectfully that I was speaking to a FEMA agent she told me " I really don't care who you're on the phone with, now hangup and get back to work." Roy Olivares the GM is completely out of touch and hides behind his 'mother's' Skirt. The guy fired me over the phone and showed himself a coward. Roy is also very disingenuous and will claim that i got fired due to my attitude ask yourself if you just lost everything you owned and the company you worked for showed zero compassion how would you feel? I was shocked and disappointed by the lack of empathy and support from the company. Don't let 'family owed' or 'small business' titles fool you. Obviously Royal only concern is about profits. While I understand businesses face challenges, I believe compassion and understanding are essential during times of crisis. Unfortunately, Royal Edger and Mower fell short in this.

When I picked it up, I was not allowed to inspect the repairs and when I brought it home, I found they replaced 2 top hoses and not the one I brought in for repair. The business…read moreis an authorized Honda lawnmower service shop, so when I had a carburetor problem with my mower, and being a relatively new southwest Florida resident, Everglades was where I went. Repairing the problem wasn't easy. Apparently, Honda had a problem with their replacement carburetors and I kept having the same problem - a gasoline leak coming from the carb, which leaked through the air filter, each time, contaminating the filter. Four times I had to return my mower to Everglades, but every time, they were great about checking it back in, making repairs and getting it back running again. Their culture of wanting to do the work right and standing behind their work is becoming more rare in my experience, and I appreciate it. Yes, it would have been best and more convenient to have the work done right the first time. But stuff happens, and Everglades made it right. My mower now is running great again. When my mower needs service again, Everglades Equipment will be my choice. I'll also look to them when I'm in the market for a new mower.
