Clean place, friendly staff. Trish did a nice job in my haircut, not what i was going for or what I'm use too but good enough. I suppose I've found a backup to my regular stylist. Cathy did wonders with the microblading. She walked me threw the entire process and got my approval and input before proceeding to the next step. The process is not comfortable but tolerable. A picture's worth a thousand word so see for yourself. 4 months later and I'm still happy with result!

Cathy did my eyebrows and I absolutely love them! She's so nice and really took her time to find and make sure I liked the shape. AND it was absolutely painless! This is a review for Trish! I always pass by Tbeyond on my way to Chuze Fitness and decide to try it out. I went online and booked an appointment for Trish the night before on their website. Trish called me the very next day to inform me that unfortunately the booking system online is not updated and the time I chose conflicted with another appointment she had. She asked if I could reschedule for another time. I wasn't sure about my schedule and told her I'll call her back. I called the salon again later that day after my workout ready to reschedule and a staff answered. After talking with her, she informed me that there was a short wait, but Trish will be able to service me right afterwards. When I came through the door, I was warmly greeted by the staffs and Trish. The salon was intimate and very well-kept, clean, and professional. When it was my turn, Trish took great care of my hair: took her time to wash my hair, asked me what I wanted for my hair, ran through with me what she recommends and how she will execute the hairstyle. As she was trimming my hair and layering it, she opened up about her family and children. By the end of the haircut, it felt like I've known her forever! After she blow dry my hair and styled it, she also gave me great tips on how to maintain the style. After I walked out of the salon, I never had this feeling before: being undercharged for a service and under-tipping a hair stylist. At that moment, I felt both. Overall, Trish has great work ethics. She feels accomplished when she knows she puts her best effort in servicing her client(s) and her client(s) comes back because they truly enjoyed the results. Trish, if you are reading this, I've already told my mom and a couple of friends about how wonderful you are! I can tell that you truly love doing what you do! Thank you for the exceptional service. It was a pleasurable experience. Expect some new clients in the near future!

Day 6. Haven't even gotten out of bed for the day and my brows look amazing

So far so good! Cathy replies to my yelp request right away. She was very flexible with her booking and we made an appointment for microblading via text (my preference). She promptly held our first appointment in her private, clean, professional Anaheim/Orange studio. I was able to "try on" my new look before proceeding. in other words, Cathy eased my anxiety by mapping out my brows first. The procedure was relatively quick and painless due to a very effective numbing cream and Cathy's professional experience. Note: I was a bit concerned with my results at first (even though I was warned ahead of time) that my brows came out too dark. I was assured they would fade by 50% by the end of the week. It took about 3 days to fade. I have a touch up appointment one month out. I will update my review accordingly. My first pic. Is first day of treatment. The next foto is 6 days out.

This is what I wanted.... What I got looked nothing like this. Not even close.

First, I'd like to start by saying that Liz is amazing and that my review only applies to Cathy Tran, who not only is a crappy hair colorist, but the owner of this establishment. The only reason I came here is because the owner and Liz approached my friend and I outside of Chuze fitness with a promotion flyer. They mentioned the possibility of their salon being closed in four months if things didn't pick up, and that they were trying hard to get more clients. Cathy was super nice at first. She overheard my girlfriend and I saying we were hungry since we had just come from the gym and offered us cup noodles. I thought that was sweet. Anyway, I asked for a subtle balayage. I explained to her that I haven't done a thing to my hair in over a year due to a horrible highlighting experience last year. She assured me I was in good hands and that they do balayage here ALL the time. So I'm thinking, "ok, I'll be fine. I'm in great hands." She is the owner after all, she must surely know what she's doing. RiGht? WRONG! As my hair is lightening I notice it starting to look corn yellow. She explained that once the toner is applied the color will be the ash brown/blonde I was seeking. Ok. So we head over to the sink to wash n tone. Her first mistake was applying a dark ass toner to the top of my head. So when it dried, I looked like a head of ombré. Meaning, no highlights on top fading into the bottom. It was straight up ombré because she toned the top twice apparently. The bottom blonde was nice, but it wasn't what I wanted, I asked for balayage. She reluctantly agreed to redo the highlights. After shampooing, toning, and drying again, I notice the pretty blonde tips were now green and the top highlights were a cheap shade of orange. I began to cry. I wasn't trying to be a brat but come on! It's 3pm and I've been here since 10:20am!! I was obviously upset and all Cathy could say was "this is nice color, this is nice color!" Totally dismissing the fact that it looked like absolute poop. Clearly, homegirl was trippin'. My girlfriend, and Liz, the aforementioned awesome hairdresser, also agreed that it was a crap job. Liz was so professional and assuring. She was all about reaching a solution. She pretty much instructed Cathy, the owner, on how to rectify the issue. Unfortunately Liz had to go to school at the time, I would much rather have had her fix the mess Cathy made. So, I decide to trust Cathy one more time and allowed her to attempt to fix my ghetto head of highlights/ombré. Part of me was hopeful because Liz explained to Cathy exactly what needed to be done. How could she possibly mess this up? Was it done? No. She effed up once again. Orange bits were still visible up top and the blonde tips were just nasty. I began to cry again. As I walked over to my purse to grab my wallet ( I didn't want to leave without paying), Cathy starts telling me to leave and never come back. To which I respond "you're gonna go out of business". Low blow. I know. But I couldn't believe my ears. She could've been paid a pretty penny had she kept her snarky ass comments to herself and maybe be professional and offer me an additional service free of charge. Maybe. Maybe I would've considered coming back for some kind of intense conditioning treatment after the damage she did to my hair. God knows I need it now. Could I have been nicer? Yes. But I felt so disrespected. She messed up my hair multiple times, then tells me to leave because I'm upset and can't appreciate the fact that she tried to fix it? I'm sorry, Cathy Tran, but you need some serious training on owning and managing a client oriented business. Maybe Liz can give you some tips. She is pleasant, outgoing, knows her products, and understands how important the integrity of hair is. Bottom line: avoid this place unless you want to look like you got your hair done by a 16 year old who took a hair styling course in East LA once to earn enough credits to graduate high sh You have been warned.

I got my eyebrows microbladed by Cathy. I've already completed a touch up session and everything is healed. Let me tell you- it's life changing!!! And Cathy couldn't be greater!! She's super sweet and takes her time. She will work with you until you're happy with what she drafts. She stops and makes sure you are comfortable and then proceeds. We talked and talked like we were old friends! She's very good at what she does and is so comforting! She sets the music and has a diffuser for aromatherapy. It was a great experience and I'd recommend her any day! I've had a few friends go and they are just as pleased! Thank you Cathy!!!

Cathy is great. Photos speak louder than words so my before/after is attached. I have extremely oily skin so my microblading only lasts about 3 months but it's definitely worth it. My "after" pic includes NO brow makeup whatsoever.

I bought my mom a Groupon for here in 2021. 4 years later it still looks great, and that's crazy considering my mom actually skipped doing a touchup! Would definitely recommend. I felt that the brow artist was very personable with my mom and I and she was very professional as well. read more

I purchased a microblading session with a 4 week touch up through Groupon. On Groupon they listed the name of their shop as TBeyond Natural Beauty Salon, but it's actually called Advanced Training Microblading. My initial appointment went ok and I scheduled a 4 week f/u appointment. At my initial appointment someone else was there getting their eyelash extensions done and they were trying to get her to pay extra since Groupon discounted the service more without their "permission" and that was a bit unsettling. On the day I was supposed to get my touch up I had forgotten due to a car accident. As soon as I had remembered I reached out to them and asked to reschedule. Keep in mind I remembered 5 days later so not even a full week yet. They said that I can reschedule online and would need to put down a $50 deposit. I asked if the deposit was refundable since I paid in advance already. They said no and that I would have to pay again since I missed my appointment. And that the touch up was "free" if I did it within that 4 week window. I said as a courtesy they should do it for me anyways without having to pay because I had already paid and it has only been 5 days. I asked them for proof where it says the touch up is "free" in that 4 week timeframe although I paid extra for it on the Groupon and they couldn't do so. I kept asking for proof either in a contract or waiver I had signed and they were unable to do that as well. I asked for a partial refund since I had paid extra for the touch up and they told me to take my complaints and refund to Groupon. They also claimed to have called me about my appointment, but they never did. Very disappointed on how they handled this and very unprofessional. read more

Cathy did a great job with my mom's eyebrows. They look natural enough. I was worried that she'd end up with skinny brows, but the shape and thickness was perfect. Bonus for being bilingual-- this made it easier for my mom to communicate. She takes Zelle and PayPal. read more

THANK YOU KIRIN!!! I was unsure about microblading my brows. I've been researching for weeks on when and where to do it. I came across Tbeyond and was relieved to see someone I knew on the yelp review. I spoke to Liz to make an appointment. I set the appointment for Thursday. Last minute something popped up and I had to change my appointment to Wednesday. Nothing was available but thankfully someone canceled and Liz called me as soon as they canceled. Thank You Liz Once I arrived everyone in the shop greeted me. Cathy took me in the room to draw my brows after the numbing cream settled. Kirin micro-bladed my brows. She was so polite and had so much patience when she did my brows. Even if I thought the brows came out perfect she seen some spots missing and once she filled my brows in. I was actually more happier. I recommend coming here! read more

This salon is a hidden gem. And Trish is also a hidden gem. I came in desperately in need of a haircut and she was able to help me out. I've never met anyone so passionate about their job as Trish. She took time to analyze my hair and paid attention to every small detail while cutting my hair. Not to mention I'm super picky! Shes also super sweet, easy to talk to and you can also tell how hard of a worker that she is. So definitely go to Trish for all of your hair needs! You wont regret it :) read more

I've been wanting to get my eyebrows done for a long time. Groupon has a special in this particular salon had lots of good reviews so I tried them out and at first I was a little shocked how dark my eyebrows were but after a week and they faded out they look wonderful and so natural I'm so glad I decided to get it read more

Very poor work and customer service! I got my eyebrow microblading done last year and I was satisfied. As Cathy took timr to do the job. Now I came again wand wfor touch up and paid the full amount and she did one eyebrow longer than the the other. And also did not do it and left some areas untouched. I left home as the eyebrows are so dark when u get it done. Its only after a week u find out the real eyebrow color and shape. I called Cathy and explained to her and she said u come But when I came again for touch up i paid full amount and she did not fix it and was very rude had me waiit and just put one line snd told me i was done. Now my eyebrows look crooked n she told me she can fix it another time snd will charge me again. Very poor service and poor work. I would not advise anyone to do thrre . She is on groupon thats how zi got yo ger first tome. I am so happy I found this place. I've been wanting to get my eyebrows microbladed for a long time and I finally decided to do it. Kathy is a master. She takes her time and truly cares about her clients. I love the technique she uses because it lasts a long time. I also got a trim and style from Trish. My hair feels so healthy. You can tell Trish loves her job and takes good care of all her clients. I highly recommend them both! I will be coming back here for sure. *and just a side note for those thinking about getting the eyebrow microblading, know that, it takes about a week to heal. Don't freak out about how dark it is at first. In 3-4 days it will start to peel(part of the heeling process) and look natural. Do not peel it with your fingers. I came in for a girls day with my daughter. Trisha helped us and made our experience so great! I loved my hair cut. My daughter enjoyed her cut as well. We totally loved our experience and will be coming back. I also got a manicure and it was very splendid. I totally recommend this place. It is a true hidden find. The atmosphere is calm and serene. I knew I'd found a true aesthetic artist when I called to ask a few questions about one of their services, eyebrow micro-blading. I spoke with Cathy, the owner. Right away, I could tell she's truly passionate about delivering precision perfect aesthetic beauty treatments. Upon arrival, she was immediately set up and ready for me, no waiting at all. She took quality time to measure and photograph each step of the micro-blading process. I felt as though she was a mathematician with all her precise measuring and serious focus using her millimeter ruler. She marked my face to insure all angles and lengths were well defined. Then she used a medical grade numbing cream, then the procedure began, I literally felt nothing, definitely no pain at all. And the most amazing, it was over in no time and when I saw myself in the mirror, no redness, no swelling. Goodness, I could've gone out on the town right then and there! I got my pre-Christmas hair cut done here in Tbeyond. I'm not from around this area, but for the price and quality haircut that I got at this place, to me was a bargain gem! I happen to be at this part of town for Christmas shopping and prior to my visit, I Yelp searched the closest salon to me. I made a phone call for a price quote for a men's haircut and I was told $10 (which I thought was a good price). Plus, they took me in right away. I met with Liz and her co-worker who were friendly and welcoming. When I got to the booth they offered me a small bottle water. I gave instructions how I wanted my cut: trim around the ears, maintain the length on the back and slimmed down then, taper around the edges. I never ask for anything fancy, I just like to make it simple and I felt confident my stylist Liz would deliver the trim I desired. During her work she made sure we got on the same page so, there is communication. What I liked most, she took her time to trim the bulky area of my hair and took time to line up and taper. When work was done, I was already more than pleased of my haircut and I wouldn't have to comeback too soon for another round of trims because everything blended well, was shorter and clean, that would get me through another month. This time I felt that I got a "real haircut ". Thanks to Liz. Also, I told her how my last two trims from other joints were mediocre and didn't cut properly so, she even fixed the those loose-ends with a breeze. They specialize in women haircuts as well. Highlights, color, perm, facials and eyebrow 3-D (whatever that is). This location is hidden because, this shop is not facing the Main Street. Its around the opposite side of CVS on a small strip. To date, Tbeyond has been in business about four months and they made a good impression. The salon is very clean and comfortable. After a first experience here that went above expectations, count me in to be your long term customer. read more

Found the place on yelp and gave it a try. I got a haircut from Liz and she is pretty cool. She made sure I liked every step of the cut before she moved on to other parts which I like. I asked for a stylish cut so it was more difficult than an average male cut and it turned out really nice. It's $10 for a male haircut which I thought was super cheap for the cut she gave me. Overall done pretty quick and left happy. I'll be back for the next one. Not really a photo person so bare with me. read more

I did microblading with Cathy over the summer and it's been about 4 months now, and I'm very satisfied with my new and improved brows! It looks so much better than what my brows used to look like (very thin, short, a few bald patches). Throughout both the initial procedure and the touch up, Cathy was very patient and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the shape/angle/thickness, etc. She took longer than my allotted time to make sure I would leave satisfied with her work. Update: I came back to the salon 9 months later with the intentions of Liz cutting my hair but when I walked in Trish greeted me and notified me that Liz no longer works at Tbeyond. I was in need of a haircut and Trish was able to help me by giving me long layers haircut. She was so sweet and honest which I was very grateful for. I came in with the idea that I wanted my layers to be "V shaped" but Trish recommended to round out the last layer due to having thin hair. She mentioned that by rounding out the layer it would allow my hair to look fuller. I really appreciated her honesty and I absolutely loved the outcome! My hair look super healthy, feels soft, and smells so good she used a leave in conditioner and it made a huge difference! I am very happy with my results and can't wait to return so Trish can dye my hair Thank you!! For the past month I've been driving by this salon as I head to the gym and today I decided to give it a try. I went online to check out the pricing for a haircut and noticed I was able to book an appointment. So I made my appointment with Liz for the same day, literally a few hours before they opened. When I walked in Liz greeted me and helped me out right away. She was so friendly and had an awesome bubbly personality. I came in for a long layers haircut and she asked how much length I wanted off and she stayed true to my request. Not only was the service great but I was very impressed with their pricing. A few months ago and loads of research later I finally decided to take a leap and get my eyebrows microbladed. I've never had any sort of cosmetic procedure done before so I was a little nervous, but the entire experience was great. The salon itself is clean and comfortable. Cathy is awesome and explained every step of the process, making sure I liked the outline and color of my brows before she started the actual microblading process. There was a little discomfort (she does apply some numbing cream before the procedure) but it is tolerable in my opinion. Cathy was very meticulous and took her time working on my brows, which I appreciate. The initial appointment was actually around two hours, but it seemed to fly by quickly because chatting with Cathy was like talking to a close friend! She also sends you home with some ointment and aftercare instructions when you're all done. I just got my initial touch-up done and am excited to see the final results. Being as busy as I am, getting my eyebrows microbladed by Cathy saves me sooo much time in the morning and is worth every penny for the quality of service (the price is VERY reasonable). Specializing in: Microblading is a manual method of implanting pigment in hair-like strokes in the epidermis to create the look of fuller brows. This form of tattooing is the newest trend in Semi-Permanent Makeup. The natural-looking results are achieved with a sharp, hand-held blade made up of 7+ micro-needles. Instead of outlining and completely filling in the outline of your brows with color, microblading actually allows for the placement of hair like strokes into the skin. I'm writing to share my experience during my recent appointment for an NAD IV infusion. I was…read morereally looking forward to the treatment, so I was disappointed by how the visit ultimately went and wanted to bring it to your attention. When I first arrived for my appointment, the provider attempted to place the IV several times but was unable to access a vein. I believe I was poked about five times before I was asked to come back later and try again. I returned a few hours afterward, hoping the second attempt would be smoother. Unfortunately, the same difficulty occurred. The provider attempted multiple placements again -- in both arms, my foot, my ankle, and eventually my hand. I did mention beforehand that I have very small veins and that IV placement is often difficult for me. When I have IVs done at medical offices, they typically use a smaller "baby needle," which tends to work better for me. I did mention this, but that needle wasn't used. Eventually an IV was placed in my hand. However, while it was being taped down, the IV was jerked, which immediately made me feel like it may have shifted out of the vein. The provider reassured me that it was still properly placed and proceeded to start the infusion. Within about 5-10 minutes, my hand began burning intensely and swelling near my wrist. It also felt extremely cold to the touch. I mentioned this right away and was told that some burning can be normal with NAD. However, the pain and swelling continued to increase -- my fingers began swelling and my arm started to swell as well. At that point I was very concerned that the IV was not actually in the vein. I asked for the IV to be removed because the pain had become severe. Initially there was hesitation to stop the infusion, but I insisted because it hurt so badly. Unfortunately, I had to stop the treatment early and ended up wasting more than half of the IV bag. Because of the number of attempts, the swelling, and having to stop the infusion prematurely, the experience was really uncomfortable and discouraging -- especially since the treatment was quite expensive and something I had been looking forward to. I'm reaching out because I wanted to share what happened and see if there might be a way to resolve the situation. I value your services and would appreciate any consideration you can offer regarding the cost of the treatment or a possible solution.

I'm extremely upset that I paid $165 for my toes and nails with tip included to get nails and service of this quality. Had it been regular gel nails, maybe I wouldn't be as upset but it's due to the fact that I PAID EXTRA FOR THE GEL BUILDER TO LAST 3 WEEKS.

I have a scar on my right eyebrow and my eyebrows were a little off. My sister recommended to get my eyebrows microbladed and have it done by Cathy. I was a little scared so Cathy calm me down and told me there is nothing to be worried about. Cathy took her time to make sure the eyebrows she drew is what I wanted and I LOVE the fact she took pictures of my face with the pencil in eyebrows before starting the procedure. I am a wuss when it comes to pain, but I didn't have to worry about that because Cathy applied numbing cream. After 2 hours the end result was flawless and my right eyebrow scar is now covered. I am happy with the eyebrows and I cannot wait to go back in to get a touch-up. Tbeyond is the place you want to get your eyebrows done. You will not regret paying for the procedure. This is the review for microblading service. Growing up, I'm not blessed with some full brows like other people. I've always wanted to get my brows done thru microblading but the price is the main concern. Cathy offered microblading service at a reasonable price. For my 1st treatment, she took her time to help me to choose the right brows shape for my face. Even though the covid restriction has been lifted; yet, she is still wearing mask and gloves throughout the process. I felt more safe and trusted her work. The result is exceeded my expectation! I saw Tbeyond's ad on facebook for microblading. I've been interested in microblading for quite awhile, my eyebrows are so thin with bald spots. I typically use a pencil and eyebrow powder, but I tend to have a half of an eyebrow by the end of the day! Lol. I found the location by accident when going to Huffin Puffers vape shop. Kathy was very nice and I scheduled. The procedure was a piece of cake. Regarding discomfort, on a scale of 1-10. It is about a 2. I came back for a touch up in 4 weeks, today. She also does lash extentions, which I also had done today. I am very pleased with the results. Make-up today is now optional. Thanks Kathy! I would highly recommend Tbeyond! read more

TBeyond is the best hairdresser I've ever been too! The person her name was Trish doing my hair was so kind and did it very fast. She did in a very professional way and was extremely gentle the entire time. She even recommended a few things that would help my hair be more straight and gave me a picture of a hair cream that would be very useful. Amazing place 5/5 stars always recommend it.
