Zencom was recommended by my security camera company to come in and replace the fiber so I could get my cameras back up and running. Adam came out from Zencom and quickly assessed the situation, spoke the language of my security company and developed a plan to replace the fire damaged cabling. Within a very short time, he obtained the necessary supplies and had the replacement installed in less than a day. More impressively, he came back and spent hours making sure all the cameras were back up, correcting minor issues he came across with my initial installation and left me in a much better situation than I was in even before the fire. The long and short is it crashed halfway through an OS update and hasn't worked since. Julian contacted me after a Yelp query - I figured I'd retry and was ready to ship this thing somewhere for repair (again, I tried everything before with no luck). After I explained what was happening, he said, "We'll get you up and running, Tony, don't worry". He heard me out and sent me step-by-step triage and recovery instructions, which worked perfectly. He called about an hour later to check on me, and I was beyond happy he resolved the issue; I didn't have to leave my crib, and it was done within an hour (after letting it sit for years). Unfortunately, I've had to keep going back to the store for support, and that's been frustrating. The wait times are really bad--I've waited close to an hour--and there's very limited seating. On top of that, the support staff haven't been very friendly or accommodating. It seems like they simply don't have enough people to handle the volume of customers. If I didn't need to follow up with a specific person, I honestly wouldn't come back in at all. They really need to improve how they check in real time customers and any ongoing support customers after they've onboarded new customers.

He did a great job replacing 2 CAT5e cables (that failed although cable 2 still barely worked) with CAT6 runs that are approximately 200 feet including 100ft of 3/4" conduit and replaced the ethernet jacks at both ends.
