A few weeks ago we lost our main phone line after our power was shut off for a local PG&E repair. Tim came out the next day and had the problem diagnosed and repaired in less than 30 minutes. At the time he gave us the option of a cheap reset or replacement of the faulty card, we chose the reset. As murphy's law dictates, what can go wrong will go wrong, and sure enough, a few weeks later, again our power went out, and the main phone line went dead. I tried the same reset procedure that Tim had showed me previously, but this time it would not work. Called Tim to order a new card. Here is where the 5 stars get earned. After working all day in Gilroy, Tim offered to stop by our business on his way home to fabricate a temporary repair so we would have the use of our main line until he could get a replacement card. We are in San Ramon and this was 8:30 at night mind you, and he still had to head to Oakley, drop off his co-worker and then head home. It would have been very easy for Tim to schedule us later in the week, but he didn't, he went above and beyond. Two days later, unannounced, Tim is replacing our faulty phone system card. The phone system has worked flawlessly ever since. He also recommended we get in touch with AT&T to correct our "ground humms", which makes all the difference in the world. Zencom was recommended by my security camera company to come in and replace the fiber so I could get my cameras back up and running. Adam came out from Zencom and quickly assessed the situation, spoke the language of my security company and developed a plan to replace the fire damaged cabling. Within a very short time, he obtained the necessary supplies and had the replacement installed in less than a day. More impressively, he came back and spent hours making sure all the cameras were back up, correcting minor issues he came across with my initial installation and left me in a much better situation than I was in even before the fire. I honestly hope to not need Zencom again, but if you need them, I highly recommend Adam and the Zencom team.

So we did get upgraded to the iPhone 17 pro's and we got the free Apple Watches with subscription of course. Can't beet that. I can't say we got out of there quickly. The longest thing that took us was the data transfer. I have to say they have an easier way of doing the transfer however not any faster. But maybe it depends on how much data you have on the phone. That's why it takes long. Anyway, I'm glad we came in when we did and the two gentleman had the best attitudes by far in any T-Mobile I've been to. Thanks guys!
