They first stated that the trailer was overloaded and recomended taking it to a scale. You would have thought professionals would have had scales as DOT officers even have them. We weighed the trailer and it was 2K under weight and I think the max load was like 4K. Not even close to max weight. After letting them know, they then said the trailer wasn't loaded correctly. 4 weeks ago, they approved me for new tires under warranty, but then after today, they decided that they would not honor them as I told them I was done with them and am taking it in to a legit trailer retailer who can provide real service. Brody and Zack have been the most frustrating peope to work with. They will sell you a trailer, but when it comes to service, you are screwed. This company provides junk. I'm hoping to buy another enclosed trailer from them in early 2027. Schwartz's sells very good equipment. Very good equipment isn't cheap. If one wants a disposeable trailer, go buy from the Big Box Stores or one of the bulk sale trailer locations online. Then try to get your disposeable trailer serviced by them. You get what you pay for at Schwartz's and Sur-Trac or any other brand of their trailers will outlive any other trailer on the market. Keep up the great work Mr. Brent and Miss Leslie.
