For 40 some years I went to Weaver off and on. My last experience was terrible. I went there 4…read moretimes trying to get my car fixed and finally gave up. They installed the wrong parts, parts I didn't need, one part was installed incorrectly, defective parts, some of the work made the problem worse. I got excuses including high mileage etc., and finally was told they didn't know what else they could do. I had thousands of dollars invested and didn't just want to throw it away. I took my car to another shop, which is how I learned it was entirely fixable, because when they took out all the work Weaver did and replaced the parts that were wrong and installed other parts I needed and when they finished, the car was perfect. I am more sorry than anybody that it didn't work out the first, second, third or fourth time going to Weaver because it cost me a lot of money. I know most people have had good results with Weaver. I did too for about 40 years, but I was told by a manager on my fourth visit, "I don't know what else we can do."

They kept my car overnight, just to tell me that they drove it and confirmed that the noise is from the transmission. But they don't specialize in transmissions, so I need to take it somewhere else. The lack of integrity here is very disappointing, and I cannot recommend their service anymore.

I was like - "you had time to work on installing the lights earlier, now I have to wait another week, and it's an hour job?" I felt like he was pushing me away, because the job wasn't a lot of money. Then called me back probably after feeling guilty and told me to be there in 30 mins. When I returned, the guy that was ACTUALLY working on the car said he'd charge me $150 instead, and I still didn't have a problem with that. Once again, I waited in the lobby until the job was done. The Korean guy was walking out with some staff members / guests, and it felt like he was tryna be funny when he asked me - "Why are you still here? Are you waiting on your car (In front of them)." In my mind I was thinking - why else would I be here? Im a black business owner, investing in your service, what other reason would I be here (as i waited playing a game on my phone)? Later the Korean guy came back, and was like - "alright they're done, but ima have to charge you another half hour for $185," I was like - Oh that guy who worked on the car said it was gonna be $150. He then went into some explanation about 'the part' (the led kit) not being theirs, so he has to charge me more (didn't make sense at all). I knew i was getting scammed out of money. So, when i proceeded to pay for the work, he said - alright it's gonna be $217.39 (just to install some lights), I was like, "I thought you said it was gonna be..." (At this point I knew I wasn't coming back, if he was gonna do a black ppl like the way he did me, I would have never come by).

This is the type of place that you are warned about when dealing with automotive repairs shops and maintenance. 2/10/23 - Brought in 2 wheels and 2 two tires for them just to mount. They did not even attempt to balance them, and just gave them back to me unbalanced with the tires not even fully seated onto the wheel. When I picked the wheel up and pointed it out, gentleman said, "watch out, that can mess your hand up". Why would you give your customer back to something like that? All I wanted was a simple tire swap, and this shop was embarrassing. For this they tried to charge me $50. When I explained to the lady collecting money that $50 was a rip off for mounting 2 tires not even balanced she acted clueless, and tried to hold her position. Then later admitted they do not even have wheel weights(which is a must when dealing with tires). Literally the most basic thing a tire shop does is mount tires. The poor workmanship and fact they didn't even balance them or even have wheel weights to do so, shows the foundation of their shop and business. They are here to get your money. They don't care about providing good service to get that money. They just want the money which is common amongst all the automotive shops you are warned to stay away from.
