Terrible customer service. Customer services stated there was nothing that they could do to help…read moreme with a tech problem. If they did not know how to help, they should have researched the question instead of repeatedly stating "unfortunately there is nothing we can do, we can not help you" I asked if I could talk to someone who knew how to help, could I help myself? and I got the same response over and over " unfortunately..." I talked with supervisor Susan, who called me names and blamed me, I spoke to the bank manager, Jim who supported his staff and proved incompetent to operate his products on contracted website, and fiannally, Zeke who literally laughed at me. It appears I was talked about among the staff and treated as entertainment and therefore humiliated. I was experiencing a family emergency. I neededed help. I persisted, studied the website and solved the problem in 45 seconds. I reported to Midcountry there was a simple solution that allowed me to help my family, and again they shamed me, twisted the truth, and blamed the customer. They asked me what I wanted to do? I said I never wanted them to treat a customer in an emergency this way again. Terrible treatment for a customer of over 20 years. My accounts will all be closed this week.
