Edit in response to "owner comment": damage was reported day after delivery. No Bill of Lading was provided by the shipper even after asking for one. The people that work for this company are unethical. BBB closed my complaint because they do not offer litigation, only a means for the customer and the company to communicate, but this company would rather lie and respond to negative comments than make it right! TLDR: shipper damaged the vehicle and TCI stopped responding to emails about getting it repaired after initially seeming like they would do the right thing. Everything seemed fine even after I reported the vehicle being damaged by the shipper. This was a brand new vehicle and after a thorough inspection by the dealer and shipper, was given a clean bill of lading when loaded up. It arrived much later (4+ hours later) than they had quoted and it had clear damage which was very clearly caused by the front lip of the vehicle scraping the loading ramp. Totally fine, I understand these things happen and TCI Logistics seemed like a reputable company. They responded right away to my emails about the damage and the pictures I sent. It seemed like they were going to do what was said on their website and correct the issue in a reasonable time table. Well, I was wrong. After providing all of the documentation they requested, including a repair quote. The emails from TCI started getting scarce. This happened in August and I was asking for an update monthly. The last email I received was in November and it read: "Good morning Thomas, I have forwarded your estimate to the carrier and we are waiting on a response back from them. It has been a while since your vehicle delivery, claims are typically addressed much quicker. Will be reaching out to you with an update, Kind Regards" And that was the last I heard from them, despite me continuing to email monthly and even trying to call a few times. So, long story short, they will ignore you into submission if they damage your vehicle! AVOID THIS COMPANY. I am filing complaints with the BBB so hopefully they can resolve this. read more

These guys are good. Picked up my car on time and it arrived at the destination on time as well. I am taking a star off only because I had to book a cab to take me 30 miles to pick the car as there was no driver available over the weekend to deliver it which is when it had arrived. Having said that, it wasn't really a show stopper for me. Also, the local partners I worked with in Arizona to pick up the car were amazing people to talk to and do business with. read more

TCI Sucks. I had my car shipped from Chicago to Houston for $699. I was told my car would make it to Houston March 31st a day before my flight. The car was picked up March 30th and wasn't deliver until April 3rd. the problem was communication and the fact that i was in a new city for tgreen days with no car. I had to pay almost $125 in ubers to get around and TCI refused to accommodate me. ROB got snotty and said shit happens as if it's not there fault they delivered my car whenever. read more

Great Service! I moved my car from Boise,ID to New York in May 2017. TCI has come up with a reasonable quote and was very responsive to all the queries. It took some time to find a driver in this route which is acceptable for a remote area like Boise. All the time they were very responsive and answered all the queries. Car reached without any scratch. Also they were really helpful to provide me the invoice copy(even after 6 months) when I asked through the chat in their website. Love the team! read more

Terrible experience! Alice completely lied to me about price and did a bait and switch. I was originally quoted $495 and told there was no other fees or expenses and then the day before my car was to be shipped, she said the price was now $650. Alice, also stated my car would be transported at the top of the trailer and that it was covered. Again, another lie! It was placed at the bottom in an uncovered trailer. Not sure why she felt the need to lie, I would have hired her regardless. What a pathetic person. Stay away from this company!!! Please don't let an old woman like Alice, sweet talk you and make you think she is any different from the other low life's in the auto transport business. Good luck, you have been warned. read more

I read in the other reviews that not many people understand that TCI is broker. Once the driver (not TCI) agrees to pickup, TCI is done. Bad service after that is an issue of the driver's company. I only ended up paying a little more than the first quote. If you are wiling to pay almost double, then you can hire a company that has it's own trucks and customer service people, then you can complain all you want. Contract drivers are pulled in every direction, it is the nature of the job. It is the true definition of 'your mileage may(will) vary'. I am pleased with TCI's service, because I know what I paid for and received my money's worth. read more

I worked with TCI Logistics a month ago. Honestly at first I was scared to have my newly purchased Alfa Romeo 2017 Guilia ship from Phoenix, AZ to Maryland. I have never had a car shipped before. At first I was working with Montway and they kept calling me back after a week of waiting around to ask me for more money. Finally Kaleb from TCI Logistics reached out to me with a reasonable quote, much cheaper than other companies. He explained what day the car would be picked and dropped at MD. It was pleased with their quote and went with it. The vehicle was picked up and delivered on time however it had damage on the front. After making couple phone calls with Kaleb, he was able to get me reimbursed for the damages and car now looks brand-new. Kaleb was very apologetic from the get go and continued to be respectful. It is safe to say TCI Logistics has done an incredible job for me. I highly recommend their service. read more

Car got damaged in transport. Company claims it's sun damage. Have images of what the cars looked like when they got loaded onto the truck, so none of that should be an issue. I bought a car in Houston that I had to ship to NYC so I contacted Kaleb at TCI on the recommendation of a friend. He was very responsive and the quote was lower than expected. We agreed that it would be easier to meet in Secaucus, NJ than right in Manhattan. Once I paid, they contacted the seller right away and picked the car up the next day on a Saturday morning. I expected it to take at least 4 or 5 days to arrive in NJ but I received a call on late Monday afternoon that they would be there at 5pm - it took just over 2 days for the car to arrive from Houston about 1,600 miles away. Other than being dirty from the trip, everything was as good as it could have been. The pair of drivers (they were brothers) were extremely polite and the entire transaction was simple and straightforward. I highly recommend TCI Logistics and Kaleb for transporting a car and will be sharing his contact information with my friends if they are in need of shipping a car. read more

Hired them to ship my truck from Michigan to California. Caleb, a sales rep at TCI quoted me $1100 and assured that I would have my vehicle to me within 2 weeks. The long and short is that it's been 11 days and the truck hasn't been shipped with no communication from TCI. I called to get the situation rectified and expressed my disappointment to Rob, a supervisor, who first apologized for the lack of communication on his team's behalf. However, he also told me that I needed to pay 30-40% more than the quote, and had the audacity to put the blame on me by telling me "no one made you choose to work with us." The truck won't be here by my deadline and am now stuck covering the costs of a rental and finding a new shipper at a higher cost. I'm a totally reasonable person and understand stuff happens, but this has been one of the worst experiences I've had with any sort of service based company (especially being blamed for choosing to work with them) In my opinion, They're Completely Incompetent over at TCI. Don't make the same mistake that I did. read more
