Rebecca is so much more than a nutritionist--she became a coach, a sounding board, and someone I could genuinely open up to. She made it easy to talk through the harder, more personal challenges that come with changing habits, and I never felt judged. What really stood out is how realistic and sustainable her approach is. No extremes, no pressure--just steady progress that actually fits into everyday life. She helped me understand my patterns and build habits that I can stick with long term. I feel stronger, more energized, and more in control of my health than I have in a long time. I needed the accountability to make myself and my health the number one priority and Rebecca provided it 100%.

I started working with Rebecca because my blood sugar was creeping up and I just didn't feel good in my skin. Day by day we analyzed what I was eating, pin pointed my challenges and came up with strategies on dealing with not so healthy cravings and overeating. After a six month program, my blood sugar number plummeted to the point of needing to cut my insulin prescription in half!! Rebecca did this with me in a non-judgmental way. I hope to keep up these changes that I feel I can live with for the most part. Do yourself a favor and work with Rebecca if you want to understand how to be healthier.

I had my gaul bladder removed at the age of 38 because "it had quit functioning." I was first told back in 2005 that I "probably had leaky gut," a term I came to know long before most doctors ever heard of it. I went to a gastroenterologist with a full page of history, circumstances and symptoms, and was told it was all in my head and that I needed to just relax. Between the lack of support and my denial of the seriousness of the condition, I went on living another 20 years with the discomfort of (POSSIBLE TMI ALERT!!!) bloating, gas and diarrhea, but what really got my attention was the fact that one morning, the magnesium capsule I'd taken the night before made it all the way through my system and out to see the light of day, UNDIGESTED!!! Wow, I wasn't even digesting and metabolizing the foods I'm taking in. Eventually I was diagnosed with SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth) and treated that condition. I'd had all the food sensitivities tests, and stool tests, saliva, test. I was trying to do my best but was really overwhelmed with so much information while at the same time a lack of direction and support. Then the 20 years of ignoring my prediabetes diagnosis kicked over into diabetes. OK, sh*t's getting real, I can't keep ignoring my health! Then one day Cordelia appeared in my Facebook thread, I sat in on her free introductory webinar and was very impressed with her knowledge and passion to help others heal themselves. I scheduled a 45 minute consultation with her which turned into double that. I knew that if I could follow Cordelia's guidance, I would see improvements. At least I could put it to the test because I had to do something. At the time, Cordelia offered a shorter group program focused on eliminating foods and reintroducing them (that's a very simplified description) OR a longer, one on one program that involved fasting protocols rather than the elimination. I chose the second option, which turned out to be such a better approach for me. And, since Cordelia is so awesome, she also threw in the other group option as well so I was able to benefit from that group's WhatsAp chats, and weekly Zoom classes. After 5 month of working with Cordelia, my symptoms have improved at least 80%, improvements equal to my efforts to follow the instructions. That % rate is just a number. It doesn't speak to all of the many take aways I got from Cordelia's coaching. Because Cordelia was always committed to meeting me where I was at in this process, she saw that I could benefit from coaching beyond dietary and supplement instructions. And she saw that I was willing to be vulnerable and really do the hard work. The one on one, 5 months of coaching by Cordelia taught me to: Trust the process...This is invaluable as I'm applying it to so many things in life. After eliminating the foods that were causing symptoms, and adding in several good supplements, with Cordelia's support, I found myself "stacking" one little hack on top of another, as many as I could each day and before I knew it, I was feeling better than I had ever felt in my entire life. And it was showing too because I was beginning to get compliments from friends. I was experiencing a success in my health and healing journey that I had never experienced before. A new bar had been set. For the first time ever, I was seeing results from my efforts, and seeing that I could do far more than I knew, thanks to the guidance and support of Cordelia. I appreciated what a great listener Cordelia was, always reflecting back to me, both verbally then followed up in writing a summary of each session. I was always impressed with Cordelia's organization of her coaching business. She was great at challenging me to set goals and then she'd follow up and hold me accountable with just the right amount of toughness and/or slack. Cordelia was the greatest cheerleader always recognizing every "win" and lavishing praise for the progress. Cordelia is continually furthering her education and learning the latest research available to help her help her clients heal themselves. Thanks to Cordelia's help, I have stepped back into my power, and am using my voice to advocate for myself. I have stopped being a people pleaser. I have cleaned up my sleep hygiene and am feeling more rested each day. Those "wins" all factor into healing my gut, and improving my digestion, but mostly, they have enriched my life immeasurably as I venture on into the best days of health and wholeness ahead. I will always carry the wisdom and experience of Cordelia with me in all my days. When we know better, we do better!

Agile Monkey welcomed me with open arms. I was nervous about getting back into fitness as I had never formally done pilates and dance had taken its toll on my feet. Kathy answered when I called and listened to all my concerns. She was warm, welcoming and both put me at ease and made me excited to come in. I felt like she truly cared (which is way more than I can say for every doctor that nagged me to lose weight). She told me that she looked forward to meeting me and I could tell she meant it. I had my intro with Dixie and in that short hour my mind was opened to all the ways my body was not aligned and causing me pain. She never made me feel like anything was wrong with my body and relayed her experience to my own. She was funny, enthusiastic and had a great energy! I left the studio and told everyone I knew how incredible she was! That was May 2018 and I've been going back ever since. I have to also recommend Irina. Her classes have been instrumental in my progress. She has an amazing fun energy that motivates me and keeps me coming back for more. Her early morning centering class has consistently been one of the highlights of my week. I can't recommend her enough! All the instructors I've worked with have been wonderful in listening to my concerns and encouraging me to have confidence in my body and know when something doesn't feel right. I truly feel welcome and safe at Agile Monkey! Also love that the studio doesn't use single use disinfecting wipes and opts for reusable cloths and cleaner. Love that the boutique carries high quality items from brands that do good and are women and or family owned. Big plus! Tl;dr: Would go again and again! Would recommend to everyone at any age, at any level. Studio that cares! All around positive experience!

Throughout my whole life, I have struggled with depression, anxiety, and weight gain off and on. In my early 20's, I was determined to not let these challenges pull me under. So, I went to different kinds of therapy for many years, learning new strategies and practicing mindfulness. I learned so much; I was able to come up with my own strategies that helped bring me toward balance. I found that I loved this process as I began to heal and enjoy my life. It felt like a slow process, but I learned so much and was able to apply my learning every single day. Now, I like to keep my tools simple, breathing into each moment as a gift.
