All positive things to say about this restaurant the staff goes above and beyond for customer service. They are always friendly welcoming, inviting they run awesome specials every day that are always affordable. I especially love their two slice special with fries and a soda. It's an easy solution to making last-minute plans and having dinner on the run. For example, today the staff helped me by cutting up the pizza and adding extra french fries sleeves so my kids could enjoy the food on our road trip. Sadly you have to check your order before you leave here because they can't follow instructions when I ask for extra sauce. This time it was paper-thin and undercooked crust with near-burnt cheese and over 1" of crust border. Even a 5 minute round in the air fryer couldn't salvage the crust. Ordered late on a Saturday night around 10:45/11pm using the online system. Order took about 45-60 minutes as the app stated. I really like the pizza dough here, and the chicken cheese steak is tasty! Fries were just alright. I ordered a small plain pizza, a burger, a chicken cheese steak, cheese fries and that came to about $20 without delivery tip. Wow. I have been living in phoenixville for over a year and had no idea this place existed. I ordered the donut hole and that was the first thing I devoured... Caveat this review by acknowledging that the lack of service was not usual for TD: Every year for Halloween we ordered pizza from TD. Every year I place my order online, hours in advance in an attempt to be understanding that EVERYONE is going to be ordering pizza that night. This year was no different, placed my order online for 4 pies at 1:30 in the afternoon for delivery at 5. 5 comes and goes. I call at 5:10 to see whats up (trying to be as polite as humanly possible understanding that its going to be busy). Was told that my order would be there shortly. Call back at 5:45 now that I have a house full of 15 kids and adults that are hungry and chomping at the bit to go trick or treating. Once I was finally able to get through, I again attempt to be polite but firm that I ordered well in advance, and what was going on. I was then told that my order was in line for cooking (again remember I ordered at 1:30). When I attempted to tell the person on the phone that no one was going to be home (so I could ask that the pizza be dropped off across the street), I was hung up on. Pizza was attempted to be delivered 6:49. After all of that TD's had the audacity to charge my card. Fast forward to today, the manager refused to come to the phone. From start to finish the experience was abysmal. Taking my dispute to the bank, never going back there again. P'ville literally has so many other different pizza places that it is time to spend my dollar(s) elsewhere. read more

We have ordered from TDs for quite a few years now...it is good about 80% of the time. Food can be hit or miss - lately it's been pretty delicious. I love their gravy cheese fries! Their delivery times are super slow- can take up to 90 minutes to get your food- typically 60 minutes though. I live only a few blocks from them so that's a deterrent some nights. We will continue to support them regardless because they are doing great things for the community despite the pandemic struggles. read more

My kids like this spot. First time I tried it tonight and just disgusting. Cheese was so thick and pepporoni was all bunched up and grease soaked the whole bottom on box by time I arrived home. The previous reviewers are spot on. I tried the $5.80 special which includes pretty much 1/2 their menu items, from slices, cheesesteaks, and burgers. The $5.80 special is a deal. I chose to get a buffalo chicken cheesesteak, fries, and a soda. The cheesesteak was good and made on a fresh long roll akin to a Pat's or Geno's roll. The flavor was good; nice blend of chicken, cheese, and hot sauce. The fries were a 'steak cut' style and yummy. My order of fries was brown and crispy (not yellow and mushy like some steak fries). Soda was a smaller size, but hey, it's a menu special. All in all, the $5.80 special is a great deal for the amount of food. Judging by other patron's order I saw, their portions were equally nice. The place was busy as I sat inside during a Thursday lunch. Most tables were full and there were multiple deliveries going out the door. I'll try something else next time. read more

When I was going to college in Phoenixville, I was introduced to TD Alfredos almost immediately, and I was hooked. Their pizza was always good, and their cheesesteaks rivaled the best that Philadelphia has to offer. Every time I come through the area, I still stop here for food. Every time I order the french fries from here, I get them "well done" as they are crispier that way and are so much better. For those who don't like the long delivery times, this is nothing new from when I was in college a decade ago.... the long wait is worth it, or you can call your order in and go pick it up, or you can dine inside the restaurant (which is great for groups, though there had been instances where I had seen employees smoking inside the restaurant, but I don't know if things have changed in that regard since then). I have not tried other pizza places in the area, and I never needed to because this place was the best pizza I had ever had. It still ranks as #1 for me, in addition to the other awesome food they have. If you still have room after your meal, get a cup of ice cream to go.... they have great mint chocolate chip ice cream. Their prices also cannot be beat. If the only reason you don't like this place is because of a slow delivery time, you need to learn to pick your orders up instead.... but that's just a small rant from me to people who complain about that. Two weeks ago, we ordered dinner from TD's, the Delivery Driver claimed that he "Pounded on the Door" and Called my phone. He left the food on my deck. I had dozed waiting for the food to be Delivered. Had he Knocked on the Door, I would like to think that I would have woke up. I called back and complained about the cold food, The woman that answered said that she would give me a "Store Credit" The very next evening, I called in and created the exact same order. However they had NO RECORD of the Credit. They put the Delivery Driver on the phone with me and he claimed that he does NOT look in screen door windows as he is a Black Man and he didn't want to be "Shot". Last week, we ordered dinner from TD Alfredo's, they quoted us 1 Hour Delivery, An hour and a Half later, we called to find out IF the order had left yet. It was "On it's way" 25 Minutes later, it showed up, Incomplete. We called to let them know that they Failed to deliver everything that was on the Order, They promised to send that last item over soon. Another Hour and a Half, the cold onion rings were delivered. Tonight, we ordered again, again they promised One Hour Delivery. Here it is an Hour and a Half later and they are STILL Not here. TD Alfredo's is going down the tubs FAST. Two men at the counter were talking about cars they had in 1999,a century ago. A young man with a red beard making pizza asked them to help me. The one man walked away,the other logged on to computer and said I never saw you walk in,sorry.I ordered a turkey hoagie with no onions and fries. I received no hoagie just a turkey sandwich,no lettuce,no oil and oregano,no mayo. I never had to ask for any of those items before. I've been ordering from here for years! Their delivery is usually pretty fast and so cheap! I think they charge a 50¢ fee and I'm never run into problems with a minimum for delivery. This includes their "everyday special" which is such a good fucking deal. I forget what they charge for it currently, but you can get a small cheesesteak, onion rings and a drink; DELIVERED for under $10. Steaks are fine, not the best I've had. Same for the pizza. I've tried their other stuff and nothing really stands out as extraordinary, but the prices are so competitive and the food is fine. No complaints about TDs at all. Only giving 4 out of 5 because the quality could be better. I also love that they have the option to order online. I figured I would give this local establishment another try but the results were the same. This time I ordered a Stromboli but when I got it home the inside was not cooked all the way through! I am talking raw dough and a lot of it. The outside appeared done as it was crunchy and had a dark brown color but the inside was a gooey mess. The only reason TD's stays in business is because of their location and that they are the ONLY delivery game in town. Employees are rude on the phone and in person at the store. As other reviews have said, they say 45 minutes and it can be 1.5-2 hours and at time not even during peak times. Ingredients are cheap, like government cheese cheap. They can't keep employees too long because it's always some new idiot at the register they showed how to use for 5 minutes and hope they wing it while they waste your time. TD's makes my favorite pizza I've ever had. This is not fancy gourmet, arugula topped flatbread cooked in a wood stove... this is the pizza you want when you need PIZZA. I like that other kind of pizza too, I do. But my favorite pizza is this cheap, small business pizza. The dough is incredible - the texture and taste are just the best I've ever had. Favorites, pepperoni, buffalo chicken, and "house." Their costs are so reasonable too, my last order was a large pepperoni and a large buffalo chicken, $20. read more
