This review is to identify M & T as a superlative bank to consider for several reasons. 1. The banking staff are exceptional and experts. 2. Headed by Anne, the Branch Manager, her associates are eager, patient and pleased to serve the customer. 3. All representatives take a personal interest in the customer's needs and make recommendations where appropriate Jermaine to the banking session. They're never in a rush. 4. Coffee is served as a nice touch for any customers who might have a short wait. But rest assured, the bank associate will spend as much time as you require till your banking needs are completed. 6. Full notary and other services are provided. "One Stop Shopping." 7. Unexpected, from time to time, I receive a personal phone call from their staff Just to determine if we need anything or merely to inquire how my family is. I've never seen this any where else. I am an Ally financial customer and Jovia is an external bank within Ally's network where I can…read moreutilize atm's etc. I used an atm at this location to withdraw cash, and just as the machine was about to dispense the cash, the atm restarted. This triggered an hour long ordeal which ended with Jovia essentially telling me that I needed to take this issue up with Ally, despite it being their atm that malfunctioned and never dispensed my cash. The assistant manager at the bank was unhelpful trying to resolve this issue. I would not trust this bank handling my finances and they clearly do not maintenance their equipment or possess the skills to resolve issues. I will be staying far away from this business.

It's more or less a Regional Bank and I love it. Many banks today push online banking, mobile deposits etc. sorry that stuff is not for me. I like the personal touch. I think I have a pretty good relationship with all the employees of this branch of M & T and not only are they very friendly but always helpful with any questions or problems. We've been courted by other banks in the area but as far as I'm concerned they can keep on walking. I'm a loyal customer with no plans or desire to change banks. I researched banks and found TD had the easiest banking options. I had to open a business and personal account so we went there. Well it took us four visits to get this simple task accomplished. We were miss a sheet of paper for the business so the next day I went by myself to get the account open and they would not do anything because my husband was not sitting there I explained that they could start the process and when they needed him to sign he would come in. You see he had gotten that Booster the day before and was flat on his back. NOOOO they would not do that. So two days later we went in the morning before I had to go to work and NOW the computers were down OMG We finally got the accounts opened three days later Then because they have this ridiculous 6 day check hold the money wasn't available for that long I expressed that I had to pay one of our subcontractors ASAP and they said Don't worry we will cover it Well they Bounced the check on them and when I called the main customer service # she said that the branches say that to all their new customers and it is a lie I am so sorry I opened these accounts What am I supposed to do now with my weekly paycheck am I supposed to wait 6 days every week I live paycheck to paycheck and no one can give my a decent answer Oh well my mistake to go to them I kept my Peoples (now M&T) account opened I will have to use that for my pay Also I emailed my salesman at TD twice and got no response at I guess he knows he was wrong
