It's understaffed, the service is terrible, and it often seems like the employees just don't want you to be there. I've occasionally had a friendly staff member but it's certainly an exception to the rule. Their app is great but aside from the ATM, it's pointless to enter- I'd rather keep my money in a can buried in my my backyard.

I think I have a pretty good relationship with all the employees of this branch of M & T and not only are they very friendly but always helpful with any questions or problems. We've been courted by other banks in the area but as far as I'm concerned they can keep on walking. I'm a loyal customer with no plans or desire to change banks. I just stopped in to cash a check and withdraw some money from a separate account and I pulled up to the drive-through sat there for 10 minutes and the line did not move so I swung around and parked and went into the bank only to find a line inside and when I asked one of the employees who was sitting at the desk if they can help me cash a check he said no and told me to go to the ATM. That was not the answer that I wanted because I want to specific bills back and I much prefer dealing with people over an ATM.
