They blocked my login so I cannot even check on the rest of my current loan which I owe $4500 out of $14.000. I would have been ok with an American employed in the states protecting my assets. I am not so happy with job outsourced to a lower paying country by a "Trusted Bank." The branch employees are great. I spoke with customer service excellent but I wondered if he knew he was transferring me out of the USA. We have homeless and job less Vets that these jobs should go to.
