They blocked my login so I cannot even check on the rest of my current loan which I owe $4500 out of $14.000. I explained that I was going to write reviews and help to educate people that there is a much better Credit Union on Borthwick Ave in Portsmouth and they were so indignant that an unimportant but busy man would have the audacity to complain in the manner that I did. I can go buy snacks from a city gas station 3-6 hours from my home address without a flag, but cannot go down the street from my house to purchase a firearm without a full decline. So much for ammendment rights. But someone could run off with it in providence RI and buy an entire gas station. Here in NYC I made a booking with the card, went to the hotel with the card that was already charged up front partially by the booking and it gets flagged. After waiting an hour on the phone I get to go through the account verification twice that's also in ear shot of everyone so that's secure, only to discover there is A daily 15 transaction limit on any purchase you do is which is ridiculous, especially when hopping from train to train. Their staff tho kind are super limited. what's funny is as a plumber I'm expected to be on call in an emergency 24/7. st Mary's claims this but when I needed to get home via the train my account got flagged on a Saturday and no one could answer their automated emergency phone system.
